CyanogenMod 10.2 is for S5830.
No ICS, JB or KitKat ROMs avaible (stable version) for S5830i

First, The Device has its own section.
Second, Seeing the device and reading its specifications on websites I read that Samsung released it with 4.1.2 and has not released an update for higher android version so far.

Not possible, also the s6 launcher is pretty slow/ buggy
