Hey guys, one of our members in a local forum asked if there is any firmware for the dual sim version P715 model with Hungarian language?
Hence I own a P710 model, and haven't occured the problem, I cannot give him a proper yes/no answer, yet only could I advise MoreLocale2, sadly enough it requires root to work properly.
Any of you guys, who own P715 model, could please check if you have hungarian language in the firmware you use, doesn't matter if it's JB or KK. Thanks in advance!

I've an p506 thrive unlocked for all carriers and rooted with clockworkmod.
I've installed the recovery(always by cwm) and backed up the rom.
Recovery has the "colour glitch"but seems working fine.
the only thing i need is to locale the phone to italian language, i've tried more locale but it' very poor and doesn't translate sistem menus.
now the question.:
Is there a working rom with italian language ? (i suppose no)
Can i use an european rom for lg-p500 (the only model that match the thrive)
Every suggestions are welcome.

i am very sorry for this newbie question, but i just bought this phone(Alcatel OT idol ultra 6033x) and it hasn´t czech language. Phone is for my girlfriend and she need that language.
Please can you help me ? I had HTC HD7 and HTC one V and i always found helpfull advice how to change the language on this forum but i din´t found how to change it on Alcatel 6033x so thats why i am making this new thread.
Language is not in the settings. Can the SW upgrade help ? I have also contacted Alcatel support but i still haven´t any respond from them.

I have got the same phone here in Czech republic with Czech language on board. So it seems that yours is from distribution for other countries.
Did you try Custom Locale from Google Play Store?
Yes, it should be some EU distribution, but i haven´t entered the sim card yet. GF has to go to carrier for cutting the SIMcard to microSIM
When the sim card is entered, the phone should set itself somehow by the region of the simcard. If this won´t help, i will try manualy set by #country code#. Today i founded code for my country finally.
so it doens´t work, the custom locale only could set keyboard to "czech" but settings and everything is in english, country code "works" the same way
when i root the phone, can i install there any czech localizated system or FW even if its EU distribution ?

I need help with this very specific model phone:
Unlocking the Bootloader
Rooting
Finding a proper VIBEUI 1.5+ /KK 4.4.x FW that fits this specific model
I went through A LOT of forum pages
translated both chinese and russian forums
but had no luck with this phone.
I also read that VIBE UI 2.0 is about to come out
but the translation from Chinese always mentions something about some sort of "brush" software for upgrading
or the translation might have been off.
please help
it's a great phone but I'm limited here, I need KK to use BT4.0 and other features.

Hello everybody,
This is my second thread in XDA, so thanks in advance.
I have recently received a gift from a Chinese client.
This device (Huawei Y518-t00 DUAL SIM) has a Chinese Rom (i can´t link the device model because I am new member).
I have changed the language of the mobile phone to English but I am not able to find information about change the ROM to european or american version.
Is there any tutorial to flash another ROM on this device?

i have a question if i upgraded the lgp710 to 4.4.2 is there a chance the firmware is in slovenian so it can Detect my SIM card because i've already upgraded another phone and the firmware was i think in american so it couldn't detect the SIM card basically i had no use of the phone. so basically my question is LGP710 4.4.2 in Slovenian so it supports my SIM. thanks a lot for the response!

if you bought the phone in Slovenia, and make an official update (over LGMobile tool) , you will not have problems. Slovenian is included.
What phone and with which software you killed 'another device'? Maybe I can help...

Could you please explain me some more how i could do that on the LG? on my previous phone i updated the Samsung Ace 2 with Jellybean and well everything worked fine exept the SIM couldn't be detected otherwise it was all good .
