The slim shell, fits, looks, and feels great. At least as good as the ringgke fusion, if not a little better.
why nexus 6 not have smart case ??
I have the armorbox and it's pretty awesome! Great protection very Otterbox defender like.

Would you say it helps make the N6 more grippy? ie: easier to hang on to?

I don't know if this would work for you, but the Ringke Fusion has a clear back, and includes a template for you to print your own designs for the back. You could have the most kawaii back ever if you find a decent picture and print it off to the specs necessary.
I found http://www.skinit.com/create-your-own. But No for nexus 6!
I think I should wait!
I don't have any pics of the case on the phone but I can tell you the fit is 100%. The built in screen protector is nice and clear and doesn't drag when you touch it. The port covers close great and don't flap or open unexpectedly. The power/volume buttons are easy to press and are distinguishable. I honestly don't have a single complaint .

I'm actually curious as to whether you could cut the clear back out of this one and make an edge only bumper out of it.
I don't know, maybe but i don't know if it would stay on the phone after.
I like the Armorbox a lot. I use it for work or when I go to the gym. Its nice and grippy on all four sides due to the slighty rubbery texture. I took the screen protector off because i have a glass one. Ive already dropped my phone back side down on a hardwood floor and the case took it like a champ.

Could you get a pic of the inside of the outer shell where the buttons are? I bought a Supcase Heavy Duty but it made horrible contact with the buttons on the N6. I had to be very deliberate with my presses to get them to work. I ended up returning the case but I have attached an image of my old Trident case for my Moto X showing what I mean. Thanks.

Hi there,
Im looking for thin case.
Best I have found is this case on ebay
Design is not bad, but its not covering glass area around the camera.
Questions:
1. Is there any thin case(plastic, rubber) that covers that?
2. Anyone tried skins? Will they remove easily(considering phone is jeans pocket)?
3. Those who are using various rubber, gel, hybrid and so on cases, how much fatter is your phone with them? If its not that much fatter suggestions on good cases then

I have tried them all, best case is either the capdase brand or official HTC TPU case. They both let your phone slide into your pocket easy, don't bulk out your phone, look great and offer good protection.
The Ebay jobs are just cheap rubbish you get fed up with after a week or 2.

Look up the Kraken AMS. That is a reasonable case.
Alternatively just look for something like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BLACK-HAR...sesPouches&hash=item3a6a2fac16#ht_1887wt_1396
Best thing about this type of case is it doesn't add too much bulk, and is easy to get in and out of your pocket (unlike a silicone/rubber case). And it will actually protect your phone in a drop unlike that case you linked to in your original post. As for your screen... only BIG cases include a plastic layer to completely cover the glass.
Are you just looking for something with raised edges, and then use a screen protector perhaps? (Like the ebay one I showed you).
http://www.amazon.com/Acase-Superle...1HVI/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1333169597&sr=8-9
this has been the best case for me so far, its very thin, and has a rubber skin with a hard plastic shell..the kraken, and defender are way to big for me. this case is just the right size its about the same size as a tpu case.

My case looks exactly the same and it was £3 from amazon.
IMO the thinnest cases are the back cases ones that doesnt really cover the top and bottom bezel...just the sides and back. BUT if you really want to protect your phone and not get it scratched up over time, you are better off using a TPU type case as the are not too thick and are of softer material and will not rub off any of the black anodized paint. Unlike any hard cases, whether its back only or 2 pieces. Also TPU cases are more absorbent during accidental drop on hard surfaces.
I was running seidio 2pc case hard case w/kick stand with my first 3d and although it had felt inside it eventually rubbed off the pain on the top corners of my phone. The felt inside was very thin and the case is not skin tight so it would move some and the slight movement of the case over time eventually sandpapered some of the paint off. TPU or rubber type cases are more skin tight and is not as abrasive as plastic on painted metal and will not damage the paint so long as you also clean it off from time to time. Some dirt can eventually get in between and the dirt will act as sandpaper. So just consider this when you're buying a case as some of you would probably like to sell your phone later down the road or just want to keep it looking new for a long time.

Those thin cases are the exact same thing as the case mate barely there cases. Much cheaper. I got the rock brand and like it a lot. You do lose that boot of protection at top and bottom though.
Some people have complained that these type of cases are a bit loose on the sides. Easy fix is to lightly squeeze the sides inwards... tight fit!

I have the case and I don't think it adds much bulk. Especially for a case that provides such good protection. The quality is excellent but certain colors do tend to develop fine scratches on the hard plastic back though. That's why I went with the smooth black version. If you like I can upload pics later showing the case sitting next to the G3 so you can see the difference in size.

i have one too, agree with the bulky-ness, it's also pretty slippery
thing is, just about any case wil make the G3 bulky, because it's such a slender phone
haven't found a case yet that seems perfect for me

It is certainly bulky compared to my cruzerlite ones. I still use it if I am going hiking or to a place where I'm likely to drop my phone. The Spigen saved my F400S when It fell down two flights of stairs. The case has seen better days, but my phone was unscathed. I can upload a comparison if you like. I have 12+ cases currently so I have a variety of options.
My Slim Armor cases are Electric blue, and the other is Gunmetal.

I've dropped my g3 into a Cruzerlite without hurting it from about 4ft. There is a YouTube video someone made dropping a nexus 5 in one without hurting it I'll link it below. It's more protective then you might think.
Nexus 5 Drop Test with CruzerLite Case!: http://youtu.be/KY9Svj9fYVg
As the tile asks.
Was going for the Neo Hybrid, but saw on YouTube videos that it adds a significant amount of bulk to the phone, also in dimensions, and it's not that sturdy anyway!
So I need a lightweight case, which will protect the phone, should have a decent amount of lip at front to protect the screen, and the case itself should not be fragile. I find it meaningless when a case requires not to be dropped. I am scared about dropping the phone, that's why I need a case at first place
I personally love UAG cases, but I don't like the hardcore industrialist look on them any more, I need something very simple yet elegant looking, like the Neo Hybrid.
Thanks.
Look at the UAG. Its pretty lightweight but may be more bulky than what you are looking for

Which one? Commuter or Defender?
They are the ultimate cases for protection, but then again they look very tough and rugged, which I won't like for the Note 3.
Right now the only option for me is to get a bumper, and in bumpers I can only have two, that Bear Motion one as suggested on previous page or some Amzer one, called Border Case or something, but I have no idea if that case has that cutout for the temperature sensor! Has anyone ever heard of this brand Amzer before? I certainly haven't! This is the case I am taking about,
http://www.amzer.co.in/Amzer-Border-Case-Black-P97313.htm
If that case doesn't have the cutout then my only option is to go for the Bear Motion one, but I don't think paying 2X price than what it's worth is reasonable by any means.
Lets see.

I've got the Commuter. It's a lot more elegant in reality than it looks in the pictures. (At least the black one is). But yes, it's a but bulky. It doubles the thickness if you count the rim on the front as well.
But if you want protection, something slim and sleek will not do much good. I've looked for those options, but they're all more for show than actual protection.
The diztronic tpu might be what you're looking for. Uag, spigen or especially otterbox are far from lightweight. I own the uag and I can drop the phone on any kind of surface without blinking, that case has serious protection. Otterbox is a tank, for construction people.
Yeah thanks guys.
@ShadowLea: Yeah I know that a bumper will not protect the device like an Otterbox would do or a UAG, but I am not looking for that much protection, just protecting the corners will do fine in my case, I think.
@lvnatic: Thanks. I know about UAG and Otterbox. I have used the Maverick on my S4 for a good four/five months, and it can protect the device in a lot of situations, but then I got tired of its look, too rugged, and that too when S4's backside was all glossy cheap type of plastic. For Note 3 and its backside material I can't think slapping a case on it, I just love touching that fake plastic It feels too good. If it were Note 2 or S4, I would not think a second before putting a case on it, because they felt that gross, to me.
Anyway, thanks all for the suggestions. For the time being I am going with a bumper, if I change my mind and consider a more protective case later then I will surely consider the suggested cases in this topic.
Does anybody know of a case that'll work with Samsung's wireless charging battery panel?

I used their case and belt clip on my Note 3 and liked it so much that I bought it again for my Nexus 6. BTW, it's only $31.99 with free shipping for the combo at NewEgg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA07R2KH0242

It's not terrible but I do agree. I'm going to get a glass screen protector and tear out the plastic applied one.
The case is the most important thing to plus the price.
Sedio is a great case but way too much $$.
I have been using the Supcase Unicorn Hybrid case (the Supcase with the smoked clear back, not the heavy duty one), with the Seidio holster made for the Surface, and it works great. I also tried it with the Dilex holster, but that was a tad too big, maybe better for heavier duty cases.
I'm actually using the Seidio holster with i believe it's the Seidio Surface case.... got the bundle on Amazon i believe. No complaints here.

Have you ripped out a built in screen protector before? Wondering how easy it would be. They are nice cases, but with a glass SP, I don't need the built in one.

Almost to easy .
I real prefer the touch or feel of glass as opposed to plastic film.
i removed the screen protector on one of those cases and it left sticky crap that i couldnt get off. i used sticky remover and it messed the case up

Hey guys, I ordered a Mous Clarity case for my S20 Ultra today cause I wanted a clear case with a black border. Since the Spigen Ultra Hybrid I got, the black border is too thick that covers a bit of the back too plus I realized I didn't want a black camera frame too.
Would you mind showing me the case on your phone?
How's the camera protection?
Thank you!!

That would be great actually. Especially, the side of it and the protection.
Thank you so much!!!
Sure, hope these are ok, let me know if you want to see anything else, I'm a bit of a case nerd!

Are the sides grippy (tacky) or slippery? Thanks.
They're the same sort of texture as the back PC clear section, you get grip due to it being very smooth. Both the back and the sides are sadly fingerprint magnets.

Just got it on! I really like the feel and the looks are amazing. Much better looking than the Spigen Ultra Hybrid. Looks more premium too.
Good times! I just wish there was a matte clear version as it doesn't half pick up fingerprints!

Actually that would be nice too!
This case looks super thick and bulky. Is that true or is it just the way the pictures make it look?

The Mous?
It looks really slim to me with the appropriate amount where it needs too.

From the pics posted above there is a pretty huge lip around the sides.

The sides are almost parallel to the screen. The case feels really premium and has a nice grip. It's not slippery.
I went over 5 cases and I like this one the best.

I wasn't referring to the height as much as the thickness. I'm just saying from the pictures not putting it down

Any oil slicks or water marks on the back where the clear meets the back of the phone?

Have you considered the Ringke Fusion Matte? https://www.ringkestore.com/products/galaxy-s20-ultra-case-fusion-matte - I love their cases and don't cost an arm and a leg.

Great minds and all that, I already have it! If I could get the back from that case on the Mous for me that would be perfect. I wish there was a more rugged version of the Tingle, because I love the added protection of the rails of the Mous case but not how much of a fingerprint magnet it is.
Because I'm a nutter I've ordered a matte screen protector for an iPad, going to try cut it out and stick it to the back of the Mous case to see if I can keep it clear but give it that more matte texture.
