I am using Xperia u ST25i. I lost original firmware of my Xperia u because i flash with other custom ROM. Now i want to get it back. I tried but do not success :crying:. Can any one please help me for getting back my original firmware?

I had recently downloaded the lollipop update and had gone the easier way of making ftf
but in my final built only kernel of lollipop was there and I did flash the ftf without realising this.
Now I need the original kernel of 23.1.A.0.167 the 4.4.4 version for D6502 Xperia z2

Download flashtool, it has FTF downloader for many Xperia Phones, check if there's .291 FTF for Indian D6502. If not then root you phone and flash any stock .291 D6503 rom with baseband patch and you're good to go.
There's another way through flashtool which doesn't involve rooting but I'm not quite sure about the steps

I hope, somebody is able to help me. I just bought the Xperia P for my daughter as her first smartphone. It was delivered with Android 2.3.7 for which you find only very few programs. Can anybody provide a link to the original Sony Andorid 4.0.4 ftf file I could flash with the flash tool? I cannot find it on the internet. Any link I found is dead.

I found the latest official update to Android 4.1.2. in a german Android forum. So I was able to update the Xperia P. Other links are no longer required.
