Hi Guys,
anybody knows a decent headset with works with the Z7 Mini?
By works i mean with working mic, call accept button, music control buttons etc.
I tried my HTC headset, but nothing of that works.

I had that headset, but i dont have hox. I've try that headset on many android device, me and my friends, eg with galaxy ace, xperia live walkman, xperia neo v, xperia arc, htc sensation, and those music playback control buttons doesnt work.
Cant remember where, but i've read somewhere that android only supports music playback control with only a button, with single click, double click etc, thus stock oem android headset only got one button.
i have Samsung galaxy s3 i9300 gt
my stock head set stop working, and after that i found there is no headset in market which is compatible with s3
i tried iphone headset whcih is cheap on price and nice beat music, only middle button of remote working, volume button not working
so i can do only pause music, not i can hear and talk in call, but same thing volume buttons not working
then after that i try all major brands of headset nothing is compatible
we use phone in these days as a music player too, and headset is a big indstury
why samsung is not thinking abt that
or if any guy who modify new Roms can add something so that all can work

Interesting. you tried a single type of headset and say that none will work.
fyi: there are more thao 2 headsets on the market.
There are multiple methods to connect those cables. Samsung uses another method as Apple. Neither have invented their particular method and are hardware-wise incompatible.

If i use the headphones which came with my S1 with the S3 the sound is awful! They just seem not to be compatible with the S3.
Can anybody confirm that? Hope it is not a S3-hardware problem...
Sometime ago, I had a Samsung HS3000 headset and I could stop/start/pause/rewind/forward the standard music player.
I then lost it (no idea how) and about a month later, I purchased another one. This one will not do some actions. I can play music through the headset and I can press the talk button to call the last number I called before and the volume controls work. But not the play/pause/rewind/fast forward etc.
I have tried rebooting the phone. It's running the standard Android 4.3 and I have NOT rooted the phone.
I also have a Sony SBH50 headset and that has the same issues.
Anyone got any ideas?

It's the encryption. I had to encrypt the device to allow my corporate email through. That has broken the BT music controls.
How do I fix that?

Recently I bought zero digital earphones for my xperia z1. The sound is very good but I noticed that neither Sony 's settings nor viper would change the sound. Can somebody suggest a solution?

Hey ppl,
i recently bought my new ZTE Z9 Classic but somehow it seems that my microphone sounds bad when I take a voice note in whatsapp. As soon as I call someone or take a call, everything just sounds fine. Maybe its using the wrong microphone or both (noise cancellation and normal one) all I can say is that when I call someone it sounds normal, too when I record my voice via sound recorder. Somehow whatsapp is the only app which doesn't properly detect my microphone...
Newest firmware installed, device rooted and newest version of Whatsapp avialable.
Is someone out there who can help me?
