Do you meant you're on a rooted ZV4?
There is no root for ZV6, but there are pre-rooted ZV6 ROMs available.
Stock ZV6: http://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-lg-g3/development/rom-stock-zv6-base-odex-deodex-t2949087
Debloated, tweaked and improved AV6: http://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-lg-g3/development/rom-barrin-odexed-deodexed-t2950747
So pre rooted zv6 is the same? Hiw do i go about installing

again, i stress for clarity on these sites discussing ROM's, root etc.... please know what you are talking about when you post here. having a rooted zv6 and wondering if there is a root for zv6 is just nonsense. its the same thing. the only way to get root if you have the update (zv6) is to roll back to zv4, root, add custom recovery, then flash zv6 rooted rom to it. not just that easy, but fairly easy on most other devices. here, for the stock zv6 to zv4, i can not find any clear answer on the commands and DOES IT WORK. no one has posted with any success in attempting it. i find it hard to believe i can flash, wihtout recovery, to a rooted zv4 from the stock bootloader. do you know if this is possible meyerweb?
thanks

I'm not really sure what you're asking. Are you currently on ZV4 or ZV6? Are you rooted or not?
(1) If you're on ZV4, you can root with Stump, then flash the bumped TWRP which unlocks the bootloader. (There's a thread on how to do this Search for "Bump" and make sure you use the Sprint version.) Then you can flash a pre-rooted ZV6 ROM.
(2) If you're on the factory, non-rooted ZV6 ROM, there's no way to root it. You'll have to use LG's flashtool to revert to the stock ZV4, then follow the steps above.
(3) If you're on a rooted ZV6, then you must have done the steps in (1), above already.
If you're asking if reverting to ZV4, then doing (1) above works, then yes. People have done it successfully. But using flashtool will wipe your phone and all data on internal storage.

for me specifically, i'm asking about 2. i am on zv6, the way i got the phone unfortunately. but noone is saying if they have had success flashtooling back to zv4. i'm an htc and galaxy experienced phone user. have done those roots, recoveries, etc... but they even say, rolling back from a stock rom, non-rooted, is usually impossible, without first acquring root in current stock rom. i know they are publishing 'how-to's' on how to roll back to zv4 stock from zv6 stock, but there hasnt been any confirmation yet on the thread that i could tell. i even posted, asking if anyone has had success, but i do not see it yet. so i'm asking you, do you know if anyone has succeeded at flashtool to zv4 from zv6? i'm taking it, when you roll back to zv4, its stock, un-rooted, correct? i downloaded all the tools, tot's and dll but over two sets of instructions on what dll to use and when. so i'm not risking bricking this because once again, the guru's do not clarify to us 'underlings' the exact process. I had the same experience with the htc and galaxy phones. its like they are talking to each other only and the process is implied because of the experience. well after hundreds of resets , rom switches, etc with my galaxy, i think i get what they mean in that system of phones. but this LG is totally new and uses different terms, tools and processes. if they worked in IT they'd know what technical writing is, so i'm assuming they might be non-it people and thus the confusion on how to explain , in simple concise steps, so that others may join in. If they did that, more would join in and enable the community to grow exponentially. i've heard many IT freinds say they wont try it because they were confused, or it didnt make sense, or they heard the horror stories. I have lived the horror stories, but there is usually a way out of the boot loop or bricked device situation. problem is, with so little about the LG out there, i dont want to be waiting for weeks/months to get it back to work.
thanks for your help.
LG has not implemented an anti-rollback feature in ZV6 (like Samsung did on their more recent ROMs). And using Flashtool completely replaces all the existing partitions on your phone, so it doesn't care what was there before (rooted, not-rooted, ZV4 or 6, or anything else).
I don't see anyone confirming they did it, but it's been suggested many times, and I haven't seen anyone say it didn't work, either.
Edit: Here's a post from someone who did this successfully. Post # 186: http://forum.xda-developers.com/spr...g-g3-ls990-t2852042/post57504184#post57504184

And yes, you can roll back to zv4. It's in one or both of those threads I linked above.

Hey all, I'm looking to eventually install CyanogenMod 10.1 on my verizon galaxy S4. However, being a complete novice on this type of thing makes me a bit nervous about bricking my expensive phone.
So, I thought it would be good to try and understand the process of rooting and installing the custom rom. Could you guys help me out? I'll list what I know.
First thing I want to do is backup the Android stock rom that came with the phone. I have read that rooting or installing a custom rom (like CM) will void my warranty, so that's not good. But re-flashing the stock android that came with the phone will remedy this. To do this, I found this guide on using Nandroid. I don't think the CWM way will work for Verizon galaxy S4 (read that somewhere, but correct me if that's wrong).
However, it says that I am required to have a rooted phone first before running Nandroid.
Because Verizon's Galaxy S4 comes with a locked bootloader, and an unrooted phone, I need a way to root my phone. I found this nifty all-in-one tool by bhp090808.
The way that tool works is it exploits something in verizon's pre-release kernel of the S4, so it flashes the phone with the pre-release kernel, gets root privileges, then reflashes the stock kernel. Once this is done, my phone will be rooted and I assume I can use Nandroid to backup the stock android on the phone.
This is where I'm stuck. I have a few questions regarding various parts from here on:
1) Since the phone is rooted and I run Nandroid to back up the stock android rom, wouldn't Nandroid back up the stock android rom with the root access? If I needed to return my phone to Verizon under warranty, re-flashing this stock rom would still void my warranty because it still has root access? Is there a way to completely revert to stock android with verizon's unrooted and locked bootloader status (and whatever else)?
2) Does the all-in-one tool unlock bootloader? I found a tool called loki which will unlock the bootloader so that I can install custom roms like CyanogenMod. I looked in the all-in-one tool's zip folder, and it contains a file called "loki_flash", but I am unsure if this is unlocking the bootloader or not.
3) Can I re-flash a stock android if I brick my phone? What exactly does 'bricking' the phone mean?

I see its been a few days and no one has replied so I will do my best to share what knowledge I have. I've been heavily flashing custom ROMs on my ASUS tablet now for the better part of a year and just got my Verizon GS4, so I have alot of the same questions as you.
1) I'm going to answer this in two parts.
Nandroid, in my experience, refers to the type of backup, not necessarily the process by which to backup. Most common recoveries, including ClockworkMod and TWRP have a feature to create a 'nandroid backup'. This can take some time and files can be quite large, as they copy pretty much every single file on your device; almost like creating a snapshot of your device in that moment in time.
To answer the later part of this question, (typically speaking) once you unlock a bootloader you cannot re-lock it, but that could be different for phones (my knowledge in phones is limited). And yes, using a nandroid backup will back up your device with root access, but using a tool such as Rom Toolbox, you can easily un-root (the program features a 'permanent unroot option'). For one, I would imagine that flashing the stock kernel would overwrite the root, as like you said earlier in the post the current root exploit works by flashing a pre-release kernel, applying root to the device, then re-flashing the current stock kernel. Another way to lose root is to get an over-the-air (OTA) update. You will see programs like OTA Rootkeeper that work to circumvent this, but in your case that may be a valid way to cover your arse in case you need to return it under VZW warranty (it is for this reason that I always buy Best Buy protection plans, because they could care less about the software state about your device [Disclaimer: I worked for Geek Squad so I have /somewhat/ intimate knowledge in this matter])
2) I just rooted my GS4 a few days ago, and nothing I read indicated that the all-in-one tool would unlock the bootloader. If you read the documentation about Loki, he explains this fact. I just found a good video (although it uses TWRP and GooManager instead of ROMManager and CWM) explaining that there isn't a bootloader "unlock" just yet; rather its a workaround to the bootloader that allows us to get custom ROMs on our devices (video is here)
3) "Bricking" a device means rendering the device useless; it won't operate to any fashion that it is useful to you, so its no better than a brick or a paper weight, etc. I would imagine you can re-flash a stock verizon ROM/kernel to restore any screw-ups, but keep in mind this device was released less than three months ago and any development is relatively new. Yes, we have had other Galaxy S series phones, but the S4 has this whole KNOX nonsense that is specifically designed to prevent the kinds of activities we do here on this forum
I really hope that helps. If I said anything that is incorrect, please please feel free to correct it so that at least we can all learn the proper information.
Thanks,
Opethfan89

Does the 'Ad-Free' APK I see available on that website work better than jRummy's AdBlocker? I installed it and it detects ads (like in ASTRO, Zedge, and a few others) but doesn't block them even though I have all the settings turned ON and have rebooted when requested.
That said, thanks for the link. I've bookmarked it for future reference and its good to know there are backups available in case anything goes bad.
Are you able to elaborate on how these are flashed? Via ODIN, or can you flash it via CWM/TWRP?
Thanks,

I'm not n sure. It's the only one I ever used for banner blocking. You use the files with Odin as well after they are extracted.

New member here. Bear with me, please, for possible n00b questions.
I'm not new to rooting & ROM'ing. I've been rooting and ROM'ing for years, but I haven't done much in a while due to excessive work schedule and family obligations. But I'm looking to get back into it.
I've had my VZW S4 for about 9 months. I'm rooted, but running stock ROM.
Phone: i545
Android: 4.2.2
Baseband: I545VRUAME7
Kernal: 3.4.0-690088
Build Number: ...ME7
As I said, I've got lots of experience with rooting and ROMs. I flashed my prior phone easily over 100x experimenting with different ROMs. But since I'm going from 4.2.2 to 4.4.2, I think I better ask regarding my strategy to be sure I don't end up with a brick.
My general plan is to: update my phone to 4.4.2 via OTA update, root, flash recovery, then experiment with various ROMs. Specifically, these are the steps I'm setup to follow:
Back up everything (App's, contacts, bookmarks, SMS, etc.) via Titanium -- actually, I've already done this
Perform factory reset in its current state (4.2.2)
Accept OTA 4.4.2 upgrade from VZW ==> I assume this will revert phone back to UNroot status??
Re-root via Towelroot
Download SuperSU
(Remove KNOX??)
Install recovery
Install ROM
Questions:
I've read about Samsung KNOX. If KNOX is "triggered", Samsung won't honor the warranty. But I don't care about the warranty at this point, so is the whole KNOX thing a moot point for me?
Anything else I should be aware of? Any experienced users of S4 that see an obvious gap in the above plan, I would be much appreciated in hearing your advice.
For what it's worth, I've been studying the following YouTube video for what lies ahead.
"CyanogenMod 11 (CM11) on the Samsung Galaxy S4! (Install, Setup, First Look, and etc)"

1. DO NOT TAKE THE OTA
2. read the forums regarding what your options for recovery. Don't try to flash cyanogenmod or you'll end up with a brick.
Sent from my SCH-I545 using XDA Free mobile app
I've been researching this for a couple of days, and obviously I'm missing some details.
Why not take the OTA for 4.4.x? What am I missing? What's the issue?
Doing some more research this morning...
When you say: "read the forums regarding what your options for recovery. Don't try to flash cyanogenmod or you'll end up with a brick."
I read from another post: loki allows you to install whatever you want, not just Touchwiz-based ROMs. If you want to install CM, you've got to use Loki.
So I need to perform the loki hack first, right? If I install CM without the loki hack, I will brick my phone?

Loki only works on MDK, the firmware version before me7. everything after MDK can only run safestrap. Can't downgrade.
You can use the OTA but it will fail if your system is modified at all. If you know all modifications you've done and can remove them, go ahead. If not, use the NC5 tar file in Odin to upgrade.

It should, but not always. Also you have to use the unroot from the supersu app.

Oh and the tar files are here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2735172
I recommend using Odin 3.09
You're saying I will need to un-root prior to performing the NC5 Odin?
Do I need to worry about changing/updating my old ME7 build before the NC5 Odin?

No, you only need the unroot if you try the OTA. Nothing else needs to be done to use the tar file with Odin, but I would recommend backing up important data to an external SD and flashing the full wipe file to ensure you have a clean system.
Latest OTA "patches" TowelRoot
I've read recently I've read that the OTA will fix the vulnerability that TowelRoot exploits to gain root. But most if not all of the articles were specific to the S5. It is possible that taking the OTA will patch the same vulnerability and remove root again. It's been a long time since I've had to work this hard to root/ROM anything...so I'm not sure if I'm correct or not, but it's something to consider before taking the OTA...if you haven't already.

Towelroot works on NC5, the latest OTA for this device. Towelroot came well after the OTA. If we get another firmware update, I'm sure it will patch towelroot.
I've tried searching and reading through the various downgrade and upgrade available threads, but can't seem to find anything concrete on the matter. Has anyone confirmed that rollback has OR has not been blocked in the latest OTA - 12B? I'm assuming the tot method wouldn't work since it didn't work with 11C, so I'm most specifically wondering about the kdz method. I'm trying to figure this out for a friend. Thanks!

This topic is of interest to me as I started on 10B and never took any OTA. I rooted, bump'd and started running Beanstown 11C, Cyanogenmod 11, BlissPop 5.0.1 and now SkyDragon 2.0.0. I have seen some report that the .tot method has been met with mixed success for people that took the 11C update but I haven't seen any details. Does the LG Flash Tool have issues laying down the base 10B image when it sees 11C? I would guess if that is the case, the same would be for 12B. Has anyone tried formatting with TWRP etc.?
I have never done the LG Flash Tool with .tot but was always keeping it in my toolbox for when the official Lollipop 5.0.x build comes from Verizon. I would be interested to see why the .tot method fails or the KDZ method for that matter.
Don't know about 12b (but I think someone else did reply to this question in another forum and stated that yes, you can downgrade back to 10b), but this post says downgrading from 11c possible:

Yep, I know all about that. I've tot restored 10B a couple different times, and kdz'ed an 11C install back to 10B once, so I'm very familiar with both of those. I'm really curious to know though specifically if anyone has been able to confirm if 12B can be kdz'ed (or tot'ed for that matter, but I doubt it), back to 10B. If a new phone is bought in the next few weeks an comes out of the box with 12B flashed, I need to know whether this I would be stuck as unrootable/unlockable for the time being.
done.
I did it. Was curious about Advanced Calling so I downgraded since I forgot to make a backup of stock recovery. Got back to stock with no root and no custom recovery. Then I took the OTA updates to 12B. Found out I could not root from there and crossed my fingers and downgraded again. Had a moment of panic as the first attempt failed. Instead of getting a success msg on my computer and a big red number 3 on my phone I had a big red number 2. Restarted the process again and this time it took it. Rooted first this time, then took the updates. Not really interested anymore in custom ROMS and am happy with stock and root. I am curious though if I will be able to install TWRP from here. Haven't tried it.
I'd be careful though and get one more confirmation before you try it. When I said panic, that is really putting it lightly lol

I can tell you this, I was rooted and the 12B update is on my phone and I'm still rooted. I'm going to try and flash back to 10B to see if it works or not. I'm trying to download the KDZ file, but it keeps aborting. The connection is REAL slow.
I haven't tried the TOT file yet either.
I used the TOT file myself.
A couple of things to consider, the tot download is to 10b_3 (the released version) and kzd is to version 10b_1.
The main difference is that 10b_3 Will take OTA updates while 10b_1 Will not.

Awesome! That's what I wanted to know. I'll probably stay on 12b rooted for now then.

Oh, and yes. You can install TWRP. As long as you're rooted, use Flashify to flash it. I can't seem to get to it via the button pushes though, so I installed Quick Boot and use that to boot into recovery, although at this time, I have no use for the recovery except for doing nandroid backups.

Thanks a ton for these confirmations....I have to say though, it's very interesting that tot worked for you when so many people had such trouble using the tot when 11C came out. Thanks again though!

I'm just surprised SuperSU survived the OTAs as I thought it wouldn't since the exploit probably does some modification to the system partition. On Motorola phones it usually caused issues.
I downgraded from 12b using the kdz method. No problems what so ever other than the flash tool crashing at the end.

Interesting....well then I'll ask you another couple off topic questions then, since the only experience I had with the kdz method turned out SUPER sketchy haha. So when I started the flash tool program up and began the process of flashing, I had 2 weird occurrences and want to know if you experienced anything similar. The first weird thing that happened is I never had any confirmation that the software was "seeing" the phone as being connected. I don't have it in front of me as I'm at work, but I recall one screen having boxes in the lower left corner that seemed like they should show something if it were seeing a device connected, but they were completely blank - do you know what screen I'm referring to, and did this happen to you?
And the second thing that happened that about gave me a heart attack (since it was on a friend's phone hahaha), was that when I couldn't get those boxes described above to populate and give me any indication/confirmation that the software was actually "seeing" anything, I just bit the bullet and decided to hit next, at which point the flash tool took off and began flashing, but both the flash tool program itself, and the dialogue boxes that popped up during the process were completely full of question marks.....nothing at all readable. Did you also experience anything like this?
Just figured I'd ask as since I did this to a friend's phone a month or so ago, it's always bugged me as to why it occurred, and so I've been very hesitant to ever use it again should I have to, so I at least wanted to see if I was in the minority on these experiences haha Thanks in advance!

Yah, it was sketch. I did see all the ?????? all over the screen but I trusted the directions on the thread.
As far as the software seeing the device, the only indication that I had was the program showing the available memory on the device, so I knew it was reading it.
I did it once, it worked, I'm not really a seasoned flasher. I just got my G3 last week and I had OTAd before rooting and unlocking.

Lol well I appreciate your confirmation that I'm not the only one who felt the sketchiness. I never noticed the available memory as being shown, but maybe I overlooked that. And I'm a pretty seasoned flasher, at least as far as custom rom flashing goes, but yeah that process definitely grew a little hair on my knuckles lol. Thanks again!
is 12B even worth upgrading to?
I have been reading alot about the update to 11 and 12B. is it really worth it to upgrade?...I got my phone it had 10B out of the box (I think) and phone immediately said there was an update as I was on my way home from the verizon store, so I thought sure and did the update, got home and started looking into root and realized I had to downgrade to 10 to get root, did it KTZ method, rooted, installed TWRP so I can make backups, and here I am ever since, as far as I can tell from reading is the only thing 12B gives you is advanced calling or whatever it is, I dont really care if I have that, I dont really even care if I have that unless someone can chime in and tell me whats its all about, is it worth upgrading and risking loosing root and stuff just for this advanced calling feature?...what is it and what does it do?
This is VoLTE or Voice over LTE. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't do anything on the G3 other than allow your voice conversations to travel over the LTE line. This update was required for the Turbo, Sony, and other new phones that could not talk and surf at the same time. The G3 never had that problem.
nice tips, i was at 10b and rooted. i just couldnt take the annoying update available pop up anymore.
so i unrooted, udpated to 12b, then realized i cant root 12b. i just re flashed back to 10b.
my questions:
1) do i root 10b then upgrade to 11c? if so how, this was my original version and my problem was it always failed to update?
2) do i upgrade to 11c first, then root? if so how, i cant find directions to root 11c?
3) once rooted at 11c, how to i upgrade to 12b while keeping the root?
only reason i root is for wifi tethering on a unlimited verizon plan, if there is another way to be updated and have tethering, please share.
thank you.
i am a newbie at rooting, so specific links/steps are appreciated.

im not sure if you are trying answering my questions or not. if you are, i am rooted at 10b again. how do i keep my root but update to at least 11c, but preferably 12b?
update, i found a temp solution in another thread thanks to user Wildcat2083 :
I found a useful trick to keep the ota from showing up, if you enter ##3328873 in tge dialer pad and enter 000000 for the service code you then can uncheck the ota-dm mode this should prevent any ota
this at least gets rid of the update pop up. but i would still like to know how to upgrade to 12b well keeping my root.
So, I am getting an LG G3 tomorrow.
I already looked up how to downgrade it to 10B, root with Stump or Ioroot, and use Bump! to install TWRP. (Unless the software it comes with will be rootable, but I doubt it. If I am wrong, please let me know!) I obviously don't know everything there is to know, and may have missed some things.
Once I have it rooted.
I upgrade it via OTA keeping root with SuperSU's survival mode.
And it should stay rooted?
Then I use Bump! to flash TWRP into it, or can I do that before and update? I am just getting this phone and I really don't want to mess it up.
Downgrading and rooting it will be no issue, but I am unsure whether I use Bump! to install TWRP before or after updating it OTA.
Or if I should even update it at all and wait until developers say it's okay on the latest software as of Dec. 13th.
I checked around for a good thirty minutes and did not find a clear answer, I am hoping someone can directly clear this up.
I know updating a phone OTA while trying to keep root isn't the smartest thing to do, but if it works then I have the latest software and it's also a rooted device.
Also, the latest software I saw was 12D? Is that it, or is it 11C? I am confused on how the updates are (in the sense of which ones are out for this phone/coming out soon).
In simplicity/TL;DR:
(I did read about my issue, but could not find anything so I asked here!)
Once I downgrade to 10B and root my G3, is it safe to update OTA and keep root? (With SuperSU Survival Mode I'd assume.)
If so, should I flash TWRP with Bump! before or after the updates?
- If after, what should I do? Reflash completely back to 10B?
What is the latest released update for the G3 (Verizon - VS985)?
- Is there a new update coming soon?
Do the updates actually help the phone performance and fix issues without me doing anything to improve performance and fix issues myself?
Thanks!

One more thing...
When I am updating and another software update is released, I will have TWRP flashed.
Updating it will cause a bootloop.
How can I prevent that?
Using titanium backup (TiBU) or similar program, freeze the app called "System updates 1_...". For me this has worked, though some people seem to still have issues; I'm trying to figure out if it is a TiBU problem or if they have accidentally frozen the wrong thing.
Alternative is to go to /system/app and rename the two LGDMSClient files, add a .bak to the end of the names, then restart.
See this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=56061720
Copy the zip in the first post onto your phone. If you accidentally do get an ota after you have a custom recovery, tell twrp to Install that zip
file. It will flush the ota from your system, so you aren't such buying to recovery.

You DO know that you can downgrade back to 10b to root and bump, correct? Just use KDZ or TOT files.
That was one of the other things I researched before getting this phone. Luckily, it came with 10B, but I'm on 12b, rooted and bumped.
Yes thanks. Just preparing everything. I had LG usb driver issue, resolved now with latest from LG. Now downloading 10b TOT. Too many years getting comfortable rooting HTC 's lol.

I know the feeling. For the past 3 three years, I was on Motorola phones, so there was a lot of FXZ files and fastboot flashing for me. Switching to LG meant learning that all over again.
New Question

That I don't know about, since the two tools to flash the TOT and KDZ files are windows based.
Not sure if you could get them to run via Wine or something, but that might be an option, but since it also requires all the drivers and such, I have no idea how/if that would work and wouldn't even know how to start to set that up.
On motorola phones, you could use the fastboot command line tool that comes with the Android SDK and drivers, so that was nice.
But to take the TOT and KDZ files and flash them under Linux, I have no idea.
I got my phone on 11b, and downgraded it.
Used the Stump root, and then I used Bump! to install TWRP.
Forgot to do the updates, oh well another day.
They're not that important., right?
It's often handy to update modem, to pick up any enhancements on the rf side, the sw that actually talks to the cell tower.
I also ended up updating to the 11c boot, and the 12b system. IMG. 12b system picks up Verizon's first VoLTE, what they call Advanced Calling 1.0.
I did the above by using autoprime's flash2xxx zip files, and the .IMG files.

Advanced calling does nothing for me because I believe it's an extra charge on your bill for it. Forget that!
AC 1.0 is no added charge. HD voice is billed the same as any other call. The video part of a video call gets booked against your data plan (I'm grandfathered Unlimited), and free if it goes over WiFi.

This is the second G3 I have purchased. I Suggest using one click root to root. Also stop and Phil's can be flashed using flashing. It seems easier to me dealing with image rather than zip. I've foremost roms and so far my experience has me favoring Bliss Pop. That is what I am running now and to be honest I think I'm going back to 10b. The customizations are nice but to me it's not worth the problems associated with L.P. My opinion Bliss Pop has the best handle on the problems and still too much for me. I'm going to give LP a few months for the developers fix all bugs. Verizon hasn't released LP yet and there is reason behind that other than being big bully carrier. Once again my opinion only. You picked a great phone that is for sure!
Seems that everything I have been trying to use has been patched and every time I look for an answer online it says something about Cyanogen Mod and I just could use some clearing up on what that is and if I need to have that rom in order to root as opposed to how my phone is by itself on Verizon's 5.1.1. Sorry if I sound like an android nube, I kind of am. Thank you.

Actually, there is http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-lg-g3/general/warning-takethe-vs98535b-5-1-1-ota-t3220693 method but it requires several steps. I was able to finally do it. either, you are confused, or im missing something.
the toolkit you link (the link is bad btw), clearly states in the op there is no root for 5.11.1 which is 35b.

I should've been more clear. No, there's no root for 35B, but if a person wants to root and has their phone at that version, they can root AFTER they flash back to 10B. I also don't post often, as you can see; I just formatted the links wrong. Here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-lg-g3/general/warning-takethe-vs98535b-5-1-1-ota-t3220693
