So the other day I was on my fire hd7 with flash 11.1 installed trying to get rotmg to run through an app called flash game box. For some reason it recognize flash player in the app yet it works fine in browser. Now I know that android 4.1.1 was not supported by adobe but why can it be activated in browser and not in this app? Anyone have ideas or a solution? I would really like to play this and many other flash games like I could on my original kindle fire.

I attempted to install flash on the HD 6 from a method used on YouTube. It included installing dolphin browser and Adobe flash 11 and using flash through the browser. I installed both but am still unable to get any flash pages to load. Anyone else had this method work for you??
Method worked fine for me just not with apps that weren't browsers. If you want I'll post my apk for flash player.

Yes, I searched the original thread of the VEGAn-Tab and can't find any solution and I'm not willing to go through 40+ pages to find it.
Has anyone gotten the flash to work? I downloaded the one from the guide:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=865245
... and that didn't work. Then I read the first post of the thread and found out there is the latest flash on the Market, Flash Player 10.2, downloaded that, installed it... that didn't work either. So how do get this ROM to play flash??
EDIT: Ok, never mind, the flash kind of works on Dolphin browser HD all of a sudden after uninstalling and reinstalling many times; I say kind of because I have to tap the player on Youtube to use it. But the browser that came along with the ROM can't play flash.
Works alright over here. Just tested it on homestarrunner. Stock browser.:/

Sorry to bring up an old topic but I'm currently having the same problems as well. I've installed and reinstalled flash from the guide in Android Development but its not working with the stock browser and Dolphin HD.
I had flash working on VeganTab beta 5.1 but now on the vegan gingeredition, its not. How many times you had to reinstall flash in order to get it working?
Hi all!
I have just updated my adobe flash through the android market to 10.3, the latest. However, when i try to play flash videos like BBC live news, the website states that i need to download e latest flash player.
How do i activate the flash on my S2? Your help is very much appreciated! Thank you!
Flash should be working out of the box. Try to enable the plugins in browser settings...set to always enable or when needed...then you get an arrow you have to click and after that it'll load.
my plugin was always enabled, but still the flash video cannot be loaded.. hmm
On samsung roms, flash player was laggy. I tried on KG6, KH1 and KH3. When i tried with AOSP based ROMs it works well without any lag. I dont understand why.
I would uninstall the flash player app, switch off and on the phone and download flash player from the market.
Does the videos from youtube work (via the internet browser and not the Youtube app)?

TNX in advance
just download and install adobeflash player
Its still not working.
Look in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1359506&highlight=flash+player
Download Adobe_Flash_Player_11_v11.0.1.153_ARMv6_only.apk
Not sure if this'll work in stock roms.
After installing, check your flash version by going to whatismyflash.com
ok, i installed it but it still dont work and when i go to whatismyflash.com it says that my flah is not installed or is disabled. What to do now?
what browser did you use to check at whatismyflash.com?
and I believe your phone is galaxy ace right?
Try the standard browser. To me in opera the flash doesn't work.

that's what I'm planning to say to him if he replied that he's using opera.
What is the point in adding flash? because most browsers have this feature.. i always wanted to get bbciplayer and itv player but it doesnt work even with flash installed.
in case somebody needs this, here is (or should be) a working pair of stock browser and flash player. depending on what version of rom your'e running, in order to get the browser working you might need to download and install ROOT version from the playstore first, though it says it does not support our device. than install this version on top of it and flash player should work with it. I confirmed it's working on my SP and on acer A500 running custom JB rom. it may be necessary to click-tap twice on a flash object, first to activate it and second time to make it play.

Flash Player can still be downloaded from Adobe's website but as mentioned it will not work in the stock browser. If you're rooted, you can install the AOSP browser or you can also try Firefox or Dolphin Browser, I believe they both support Flash still.
