Can anyone of u post the link for the old bootloader of galaxy s2? It is to reset the counter.. USB jig does not work from 2.3.5 onwards.

Try to flash the official stock rom and see if that works
i have mt65xx phone model gt-i9300 that phone absolutly likes samsung galaxy s3 so i need to upgrade android 4.0.4 to 4.1 or 4.2 so help me

Just try one ROM from the s3 forum http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1566 and flash it via recovery.
