Here is one by beanstown106 that was posted over 3 months ago. You have your choice of Odex or DeOdexed. Both are pre-rooted.

I am stock rooted on MI5 and I used wanam to change my status to official and now I'm getting the MJ4 update notification. Should I take it or not? Thanks in advance

Do you have custom recovery ????? Twrp ??? If yes it won't matter it will fail

The only way we have been able to update is to flash stock in Odin and update and then re root etc ....
The new update had a bootloader that doesn't allow you to downgrade so can't use the older tar files in Odin after you update

Download the stock rom here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2581072 , unzip and look in /system/app you should find all you need in there.

Does anyone have a copy of the stock kernel flashable with TWRP? I have found plenty of stock modded but no straight stock. Trying to get FM working with custom roms so I would like to flash the stock version.
