i've already answered you in another thread, i guess you didn't believe me.
it's dead. an x.x.51.x radio has killed it.
you can
1 send it to t mobile
2 send to htc
3 buy and learn about jtag
that's all.

I don't know what model you would be using in Cambodia, but, like the man says, the wrong radio will brick the phone if it's the wrong one for the model you use.
You still haven't told us the model number.
Even if you live in Cambodia: your phone is bricked, most probably no Software solution
In order of reality:
1st HW solution: Buy a new one
2nd HW solution: Replace motherboard (perhaps not definitive solution)
3rd HW solution: Grab an osciloscope, measure and test the device, find out which chips are done, replace them.
But to be honest: If you cannot send it to HTC or t-mobile for repairs, you have an expensive paperweight. sorry for that mate.
Please note: if you can send it for repairs: chance is this could cost major money: If they find out you HSPL-ed your device, all costs will fall back on you and you will be facing a big bill. If it absolutely does nothing at all, chance is they will replace it free of charge, but absolutely no guarantee this will happen as their diagnostic equipment can see more than you would like...

look here, it will set you back $329, still your phone is probably bricked beyond JTAG's capabilities.
As for your other question: it is a combination of a jig (hardware/box), connector(s) and software.
Also note that if you can access the phone using JTAG, it is still possible you will need other replacement parts to fix it
Problem there: obtain the parts, price of the parts.
I believe you are beter off buying a new one.
BTW: the question about the phone keeps playing up:
a t-mobile HD2 says nothing. t-mobile Europe is completely different from t-mobile US (TMOUS), therefore the repeated question about your phone type.
google "riff jtag" costs about 150 euro, and you will need to dismantle the phone to do it.
on the plus side, if done right it will work, plus once you have a jtag box you can make money fixing other peoples phones. (works with many kinds of phone.)
Thanks all user.

its a tmous, it was already established in another thread, plus only the tmous shows those symptoms when flashing non tmous radios.
Unless you are experienced in this kind of work i would SERIOUSLY recommend you send this away for repair. JTAG route means taking your device apart and soldering, not for the faint hearted!!
There is no software solution, if your device cannot enter bootloader, im afraid its properly bricked!
Use the web to locate nearest repair centre.
Dear PA49
i also in cambodia and faced the same problem as yours.. the damn **** expensive bricked hd2.. i dont know if u have solved your problem.. mine is still waiting for 3 days by a mobile care shop in my home town.,..he charge me 30$
this is my phone number 017 777373
and probably your boot is erased, not a must you have your jtag, you can take it
to a repair shop for dead boot repair/unbrick.

As far as I know, no.
You can call motorola and ask them. They will be able to tell you.

unlikely, you bought it off ebay so it's likely used, even so you've used it already since you've had it. Only way I can see if motorola can tell you since the IMEI would have been registered to another motoblur account before.
Thank you for your answers

And how I can check it? Only call to Motorola?
I always though it was odd that this phone didn't have a total call timer. Every previous cell phone I ever had had that...
I chated with motorola support yesterday. They can't help too. The only thing that thay can provide me is MSN number ohh and warranty period. These things you can find in their site by yourself.
They advise to ask all detailed information in the store where you bought the item. It's impossible for me.
So the only one way is trust to your seller ))))
What does it matter along as it looks new and runs well with a good warranty?

only a part of your warranty will be lost (you have too register youre phone before you can use the tool)
so its better too use s-off i think

I do not know
I will ask for you or they do
its only the evo 3D
with contract its free
Everything you need to know about the gsm evo selling:
http://www.htcevo-3d.com/226/eerste-htc-evo-3d-levering-vanaf-morgen/
On this page there are 5 links, they all sell the evo 3d gsm version, just for the price, or with a contract, you can choose. But a contract won't be wise, as it's from Holland.
Probably one of them will ship worldwide, but you will have to find that out for yourself by trial and error!
GSM Coming to US This Week?!
Negri Electronics announced on Twitter that the GSM version (900/AWS/2100) may be in stock this week. I think they have it at $650 or something like that.
I think I'll wait for it.
Hi i live in the u.s. and my galaxy s2 is finally starting to die on me, and i still have a year left on my contract. I was going to get a new phone with my insurance but they want to charge me 150 dollars for a refurbished phone. So, does anyone know of a good website that i can get a decently priced android phone? preferably a higher end phone (galaxy note, nexus phones, etc.)

I got my unlocked iPhone 5 from a site that sells directly from China. Alot cheaper without the domestic mark-ups, trust me. Highly recommended: iphonedirect.mybigcommerce.com

There is an easy way to chnge the IMEI, just downgrade from .290 to any older firmware
Wont solve the outgoing acll problem as the IMEI will be all 0's, but it will have changed.
Other than that file a Police report for the fraud, return the phone to the person who had it stolen and clame the $500 back with creditcard protection?
so change imei wont work ??
return the phone to the person who had it stolen.... ya right ... thats mean i lose out 500$$ just like that ....
what does it do for me when i go file a police report... they gonna take the phone away .. i still lose 500
if there no way to fix this problem
i might as well just keep it and use it as a very expensive tablet ...
damn it ....

was it a direct credit?
If so then the bank will require police authorisation to contact the other bank for a reverse transaction. This is very difficult to do as police will probably deferred it to the digital fraud squad. and they are always busy.
If it was credit card you have 20 days to contact them to reverse it. After that you'll need to contact them saying you have been defauded. Credit card companies are insured against this. and you will get your money back.
Paypal. Easiest option. You will always win with proof i.e. photos / video of the device not working.

This was a craigslist transaction
Just a heads up, it's not allowed to discuss IMEI changing/manipulation on XDA. I would edit that part out of the OP so the thread doesn't get locked. We can discuss what you can do to solve this whole debacle though.

As said previously imei changes are illegal and definitely not discussed on xda.
Personally I would call Bell immediately and let them know so it's on record, then I'd contact the police. Police are pretty good when someone's doing the right thing.
Show them the Craigslist transaction and leave the rest up to the powers that be.
The only way you'll definitely get your money back is by selling it on and leading some other poor unsuspecting person down the same path which let's face it would be a crappy thing to do.

I remember reading a post where someone had a similar experience and called Bell to find out whether or not their phone was on a blacklist - the representative apparently admitted to the guy that it was indeed on a blacklist and then asked him if he'd like it removed from the list.
The user claimed that after that conversation his phone started working perfectly.
I think I also recall him saying he'd called in around noon - and that it may have been his second call to them - his claim was that they don't get a lot of calls around the time he called in and so it was an inexperience rep who was able to remove the hold on the handset.
I don't know where I read this - but you could try searching the forum with keywords like Bell, Stolen, IMEI, Change, Rep - etc.
Good luck - that sucks balls.
