I wont ask why u asking but in short NO as both apps use a code to verify user which is sent to that registered device, if u hypothetically used the same tel number / user id that you want to spy on for verification you would have to get a hold of that device you want to spy on and get the verification code and then delete it before the person found out OR by downloading the SQL backup from the device and then reading the SQL data, both ways i wouldnt advise doing
