T-Mobile Cell on AT&T - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S 5

Will an Unlocked T-Mobile work well with AT&T Sim on its LTE network?? Hear T-Mobile does not have bootloaders Locked?

Yes, tmo SM-G900T and metro PCs SM-G900T1 both have unlocked bootloaders and both work on att if they are carrier unlocked.

TMO's bootloader is NOT locked. Plus the TMO S5 has ALL the LTE bands that AT&T uses plus some additional bands that are TMO specific. So it's a G900A that has an unlocked bootloader and will work on TMO's network.

Will my rooted unlocked Atrix work on TMobile US?

It's running CM7.2 stable.
I'm selling it to someone who wants to use TMobile. What do I have to do?

Is it sim unlocked or bootloader unlocked? If its sim unlocked, just put the T-mobile sim in. Note that until T-Mobile starts activating more of their AT&T compatible 1900Mhz spectrum, you'll only get Edge.

No verizon is a CDMA carrier and ATT is a GSM carrier.

No. The phone uses a GSM radio. T Mobile and ATT use the GSM standard, while...
Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, use a technology called CDMA.
Which is while you'll only really ever see unlocked phones that run on the ATT and T Mobile carrier networks.

[Q] Convert G900V to G900T

I have the Verizon Galaxy S 5 and and I would like to switch it to a T-Mobile ROM. The hardware is the same so it doesn't matter what T-Mobile ROM I choose does it?
I apologize for the noob question but I didn't see an answer on this fine forum. Thanks!
Hardware is not the same. Two different technologies cdma vs gsm. Verizon phone should be able to accept tmobile sim when unlocked. They usually work with foreign sims without problem but they are locked for domestic (US) carriers. Maybe someone have some info how to unlock it for US providers.

Verizon S5 is already unlocked for US carriers by default and it will connect to T-Mobile on LTE Band 4 network and their 1900Mhz 3G/4G network. No AWS support.
The issue is the locked boot loader. Flashing a custom ROM is not possible. So no VoLTE or WiFi calling.

XT1526(Boost Mobile) GSM Unlockable?

Is the Moto E 2 Boost mobile GSM unlockable, so I can use it for Tmobile? Thanks. Can I Use the network App?
No. You need a USCellular branded xt1526. Sprint and boost branded devices are blocked from recognizing us domestic GSM sims.

But If I plan to use the boost mobile version in México (we have the same bands than USA,: WCDMA, LTE and GSM, not CDMA) how I could do that? Do I have to do the verizon xt1528 trick with the Network app? or What? Because in this moment the boost version is on $30 bucks

As far as I know that should work for you. I've seen at least one user here post successful use of boost version on a non US GSM network. I don't have a foreign sim to test.

My carrier is TMobile. My SIM card is TMobile. My phone is an AT&T branded phone, which I got brand new for 200.00 cheaper than a TMobile branded device. While travelling about, I notice i get 5G coverage in certain areas, NYC and Brooklyn always.. So yes, 5G should work...
