i need help modding framework-res.apk from miui ics. i looked at a lot of the tuts and they didnt help me. can i have help or can someone do it for me?

what wrong my decompile with apktool & apk manager???
i have tried many tools like apk tool,apk multitool,quickmod tool but when i compile systemui.apk it gives error but extract it but when u tried to decompile it.
it gives an error about "pathnotfound.apktool.yml"
can anyone help me to solve it please
