Hello everyone,
I'm trying to make my tablet keyboard more similar to hardware one. I've installed more advanced keybord like Hacker's Keyboard, however I cann't solve one more problem. I'd like to write signs like "@ # % ą ś ć" which in normal keyboards are creared by presing simultaneously ALT or SHIFT key and the char. Are there any solutions for this? Or any keyboards that supports that? On my Hacker's it does nothing.

Okay, so a few days ago, I installed Gingerbread's keyboard on my P500. Also, this program called VM Heap Size manager thing.
When I tried to change the values, it brought up to me what I was looking for for freakin ages. A freakin phone keyboard.
I tried to change the input method, and also looked around the gingerbread keyboard settings as to how to "spawn" that keyboard type. Anyone wanna help with this?

settings->language and settings- > (select your keyboard)
My HTC_IME has a "keyboard type" field that can be changed from "QWERTY to Phone Keypad".
Not sure about Gingerbread tho.. I don't use it
In Android the keyboard just shows the keyboard. On iOS it shows the app you’re in. So for example you are messaging, in iOS you can read the messages sent to you but in Android you can just see the thing you’re writing on.
I'm dutch so sorry for my English. Maybe the pics explain it better:

Is there any keyboard around here or maybe you guys can develop one?
If you click the keyboard in the bottom left corner it hides the keyboard, other than that I can't think of any keyboards which can do what you want
Maybe someone can develop this?

Till-Kruspe's (and other's devs) flashable xperia S keyboard (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1725050) works great but there's a problem with QWERTY phones like the mini pro (SK17) and pro (MK16) after a minute or so of using the virtual keyboard the gesture input no longer works and it's necessary restart the phone to get it working again and if used, the screen indicator is lost...

But looks way better than the stock ICS keyboard that looks so outdated
Is there any way to modify it to make that indicator work? What about the gesture input?
Thanks for reading
Hi everyone,
I have a realme X7 pro a Chinese ROM and I have an issue regarding the keyboard.
As you will see below I have a third party keyboards installed and I'm using Gboard as the default one but when I switched to work profile it limit the keyboard between two options only the default iflyIME and talkback braille keyboards!
I want a way to disable them and using third party keyboard.

It's a frustrating situation and there is no way to install global ROM or deleting the Chinese apps and keyboard.
Thank you.

my device is one plus Nord 2 and i am using gboard. recently i have updated to Android 12(oxygen OS 12.1) so the issue is when i receive a message notification and i try to reply, in the keyboard there is no send button instead it got replaced by enter key. this was not the case in Android 11. this is really annoying for me because i am one thumb typer. is there any fix for it?
note: - it happens for all kind of message notification like FB, insta, what's app
- i tried different keyboards , they also same. send button is replaced by enter.
- i searched all settings in gboard
