Hi noob here! My s3 screen has gone weird. it is fully responsive however always displays and flickers (see image) Reset the phone. ..still does it. Is the lcd broke?

It's can be but i don't think because your status bar look like normal.Have you installed any Pixel Server ?

This works normally now ? Or its laways do the same screen

Always the same screen. Device works just the other 9/10s of the screen is black or goes all pixilated! Very strange. Had the back of it checoed the cables..

For a month or so. My i8552 is excessively heating..
Note:-
I am using stock deodexed rom with pure performance TX flashed over it and though it is basically lag free... It is overheating whenever I use 3g Internet...
Questions.:-
It is normal?
Will flashing latest stock rom from Sammobile solve my problem..?

It has nothing to do with ROMs or software. And yeah it's quite normal.

Try checking which apps max out your CPU. At least you know what's causing it.
Then you can use profiles to limit the CPU activity for the apps.
As per samsung it is normal and natural.. you should not be worried about it..

alternatively you may want to underclock your cpu... I think Project Engine Kernel has that feature
I m using T3 Rom v2 since last two days.
M facing an issue relates to activate data connection.Whenever I try to activate data connection it automatically deactivates.
After doing it 4-5 times,
Then the data connection becomes activates.
Is this Rom bug or somewhat.

can't save images from every app as fb screenshots etc? ......where to go now?
overall rom is fast
I have laid my hands on almost all s5 based rom for s3. The recent one is s5 mini revolution v12. Like all other roms, in this rom as well the ultra power saving mode crashes just after few seconds getting into the ultra power saving mode. What's the solution?

It crashes only for xposed uninstall xposed framework and then no more crashes [emoji6]

I was wondering when iurnait will fix the problem with the screen not coming on after the user locks it and the backlights not flashing.

Iurnait has updated his CyanogenMod 11 build to Android 4.4.4 and he fixed the power button issues and also ART works.

My beloved Xperia Z2's screen has some serious problems. Funny lines appear on the display, making the screen unclear and hard to read (see pictures attached).
The weird thing is that when the screen has been off for 30 seconds or more the display is fine again, for about a second, then back to fuzziness...
I have done a factory reset with no love, of anyone has any ideas or suggestions on how to fix, I would be forever thankful

If it doesnt show up when you screenshot, then its hardware
If this problem was firmware/software your systemUI or surfaceflinger would crash, if not it would show in the screenshots
And also it wouldnt show in the fota kernel or kernel boot process
