This was taken from stock Note4 ANIE. Has been tested on other variants and is working well.
If you are running TW 4.4.4 give it a shot. But please, please do a backup or install with the manual method.

[HELP]
help me
Worked a treat, don't have to use Multicon as much, actually using it now with the 5 x 5 layout it'd be possible to have 225 icons on one screen, LOL, instead of the measly 144 that used to be available.
Apart from the increase in icon density, another bonus is you can now have 5 shortcuts in the taskbar, love this mod.
There are a few caveats I think adopters should be aware of though, at least this is how it's acting on my setup, YMMV:
* when it first initiates it only has 3 home screens, so if you have more than that it's best you add the extra home screens on first boot, then reboot right away, you'll then find your layouts restored (maybe it could be tweaked to give the max of 6 home screens up front, then this workaround wouldn't be needed).
* If installed using Method 1 (Flashing), no backup of the original TouchWizHome.apk is made, stupid me used that method before even reading the second one, otherwise I would've made a manual backup first.
* Dragging a shortcut/icon down to the ghosted mini home screens along the bottom no longer works to do a quick jump between screens, you have to bump against the side to navigate between screens now, slow and error prone if you have to traverse several screens.
* The Samsung Widgets will start using 5 x (1 or 2) instead of the previous 4 x (1 or 2), if they're already on the home screen before the change though, you can keep the original dimensions, so it's a good idea to create any widgets up front if you want them to be sized only 4 wide rather than 5 wide.
The first screenshot shows the widget 5 wide, and the second 4 wide.
Thank you for your work but it possible to do launcher with 6x6
Is this multi dpi ??

You can replace the TouchWizHome.apk in system/priv-app/TouchWizHome with the one from the Kurama rom here http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/snapdragon-dev/kurama-rom-mm-6-0-1-online-t3374171. First off, i take no credit for the initial port. info on that can be found here:
http://www.mrmad.net/mrmaddon-jellywiz-edition-fur-galaxy-nexus-2208
what i did do was modify the launcher and weather widget to work with our phone with a 5x5 grid size. i also made 2 versions of the weather widget. one that is 5x3 and one that is 5x2.
directions:
-flash this:
http://www.mediafire.com/?0jaiziad869ty35
-that will give you all the lib and framework files.
-then manually push the launcher and widget i attached to system/app
-set persmissions to rw-r-r
-reboot
NOTE: When trying the different widget sizes be sure to remove the old one from your home screen then place the new one. Also you can only push one of the weather widgets at a time.
let me know if you have any issues! of course, hit thanks if this works for you!
Screenshots
didnt get any with the 5x2 but its slight smaller than this one.
scrolling wallpaper!
Thank you for your effort, NYConex.
I want this for a very long time.
But after flashing TW5_LH8.zip, it got a black screen after booting.
I use PARANOIDANDROID 2.10 [Utacka].
How should I do?
i dont know if this will work with PA but i know it works with bare bones cm10. maybe try restoring a backup and manually pushing the twframefork and lib files from the tw5_lh8.zip then pushing the files i attached.
or go to regular cm10 where it will work for sure!
Hi, NYConex,
I have tried another cm10, Team Asylum CM10 Build 2.55, the same situation.
After boot, the screen is black, but it rings when someone called me.
What rom do you use?
im just running official cm10 nightly. try this:
-flash the zip from the first post here instead of the tw5_lh8 i posted:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1854826
then manually add the files that i included in my first post.

Good, it works.
But it's 4x4 grid....very strange...
did you use the seclauncher2 i put in the first post?
or the one in the third post here?
edit: here are the files pulled straight from my phone:
weather widget- http://db.tt/mjWKAnWf
launcher- http://db.tt/LxW8VJvt
backup the original seclauncher2.apk and accuweatherwidget.apk
copy these to system/app
change permissions to rw-r-r
reboot
I use SecLauncher2scrolling.apk that renamed to SecLauncher2.apk.
i just pulled the ones off my phone. try using them from my last post #10
It works! Thank you very very very much...
no problem!
I'm stomped I'm getting a problem loading widget. I did however get the look but the weather widget isn't working
My rw-r-r is set as following
R All Checked
W All Checked
E All Checked
Is this causing me to get the problem loading widget? All other widgets are working fine.
Oh and I'm using the Unofficial Liquid Jelly Bean 2.0 ROM

Ok guys what I did was copy my build.prop first to my clip board then went into this files folder under system and fine the build.prop of this zip and copy it to your clipboard then go into root browser and find your system build.prop and select all and cut it. Then paste the new build.prop from this file and reboot. Don't do a quick reboot because you will not see the results.
Thank you for this
Reason I did it this way was because it failed in recovery

Under build.prop
Dpi will be set at 480 (stock)
Or
320 Modded
All you have to do is change it to what you want a save the file, and reboot.
You can find it in root explorer under /system/
Do not mess with anything else, unless you want to mess up your phone or know what your doing.
Another thing you can do to add the mod if the zip doesn't work:
Unzip
copy built.prop file in /system/
replace yours
This is for fre3 and I can not say it will work for other TW roms unless you do it yourself.
Sorry for not getting back right away, but its school time.

Hello guys and galls,
I'm a big fan of dark themes, so here you have it, enjoy them!
Please don't ask for Lollipop updates: I rely heavily on Xposed so I'll take a loooong, sweet time before I'll even consider Lollipop - - - :fingers-crossed: - - :crying:
The included themes have been tested on the Canadian Note 4 (SM-N910W8) but they should be working on all Snapdragon variants.
DISCLAIMER:
As always, it is entirely your responsibility. Make a backup before flashing any theme!!!!
INSTALLATION:
Flash the zip file from recovery (TWRP, CWM or similar). Directly pushing the files to system/priv-app will result in the themed apps not to show, at all. You need to flash the package from recovery!!! If you want to keep your original services.jar file, save it before flashing > flash the desired package > reboot > replace the flashed version with the one you saved > reboot. Done!
PREREQUISITES:
KitKat ONLY!!! (no Lollipop suport)
Rooted,
Deodex ONLY!!! (if you know what you're doing, SecSettings.apk and InCallUI.apk (only) also work with odex files.)
Snapdragon variants (no idea whether they would work on Exynos - feedback appreciated).
The contained Contacts file is specific to the US variants (SecContacts_Note_USA.apk). If you're installing the theme on a non-US variant, you have to either delete or append a .bak to the original file (system/priv-app) before flashing the theme - otherwise you'll end up with 2 Contacts files. Furthermore, you don't necessarily have to rename the included Contacts file to match your original - it works as is, but if you prefer to, anyways go ahead, rename it.
GPE Theme was originally created by Brian (bri315317), however the theme was intended to be used within his ROM so in order to make it work independently I have slightly modified it and created 2 versions. I've posted this with his permission and obviously the due credits go to him.
Features:
- Pure Black background/theme consistent throughout all the apps.
- Own set of white icons
- Modified apps: Contacts, Messaging, Settings, Phone & Dialer.
- 4-way reboot menu.
- CRT screen off effect.
- App Ops
- Screen capture (screenshot) and torch added to the Power menu.
GPE Theme: removed the SystemUI.apk (it was constantly crashing), removed AirMessage.apk (didn't seem to be working outside Brian's Dynamic Kat ROM) and,
GPE Theme_HomeWake: same changes as above + I've modified the file under policy to force the Home button to wake up the phone (it makes sense when the finger scanner is used to unlock the phone). Note: Due to the original smali file enforcing a system-wide "Home-key-no-wake" policy, known file modifications under system/usr/keylayout have no effect whatsoever - hence, the creation of this version.
Material Design_HomeWake: (see the attached screenshots) same idea as GPE Home Wake but this is Brian's light theme. Note that due to the deep integration with his ROM, this theme offers only the same type of customization as the dark one, without taking advantage of any of the material design implementations.
NACO theme (Device Default) it's a combination of Brian's files and my files, it uses Samsung's Device Default theme/style (dark theme).
Features:
- Samsung's Device Default background/theme (dark with blueish headers - see the attached screenshots) - applied only to the affected apps
- Original icons
- Home button DOES wake the device (disabling this through the file IS possible)
- Modified apps: Contacts, Messaging, Settings, Phone & Dialer
- preserves original styles/themes of all the other apps not specifically modified for theming
- CRT screen off effect
- No App Ops - can be installed independently from Play Store
CREDITS:
- bri315317 for GPE Theme and Dynamic Kat ROM
- sefrcoko for his (Canadian) deodexed ROM
Screenshots: the dark theme is NACO Device Default theme, the light theme is Material Design_HomeWake.

I couldn't replicate the issue with the Clock or Samsung Music and since they seem to create some force closes with certain variants while working just fine with others, I've decided to remove them from all the themes - in other words no changes to the original Clock and Samsung Music apk. I've uploaded the new packages and update the OP to reflect the changes.

Flash the whole zip file from recovery and wipe the Dalvik/cache afterwords - all 3 apks related to phone (SecTeleservice, SecContacts and InCallUI) need the services.jar under framework to get properly installed - if you try to just push them, as you did, you'll end up exactly in the situation you've described. Furthermore, I highly recommend installing all 3 apks related to phone - don't just pick Contacts. They are interdependent.

If you are referring to Brian's Material Light Theme, that's actually quite easy, and yes, by all means if there are requests I can provide the files...but unfortunately, besides getting a nice light theme, very similar to Samsung's original, you won't get much more than that - due to the deep integration with his ROM, the theme won't inherit any material design characteristics/features, just background/font modifications similar to the dark themes.

No, these themes will NOT modify any aspects related to notification bar/ quick settings, etc, etc, etc.
The easiest/most convenient way to customize most of these aspects is by using Wanam's Xposed module.
First, I did NOT develop this port. I found it on Android Soul and all development and thanks goes to MANHIT whoever he is.
Apparently S6 source is leaked. This is a Port for the TouchWiz Launcher, the wallpaper picker, the Weather, file browser, and several other S6 apps.
I have tested on my Note 4 SM-910C Deoxed and everything works.
I love the launcher. It has grid setting built in (4x4, 4x5, 5,5). The Samsung built-in Theme picker does not work but it does not cause any problems.
The status bar is a solid black and not transparent. I am hoping some of the great developers on this site will be able to make it transparent. Someone like @noti, @ketan, or @Masik Development. These guys can do wonders with apk files.

I am using TWRP 2.8.5 and it is working fine. It takes a minute for Aroma to kick in. I have installed this several times and on different ROM and it works.

Strange....same TWRP version, I've tried again but same problem. Stuck on Aroma starting....I must take off my baterry to restart the phone. Can I install only the Touchwhiz without TWRP?

No go on the transparent. None of the grids are. I think the problem is in the Note 4 compatibility and not in the file. The black statusbar is still there unless you have included the wrong file in the zip.
Man can you post a zip without aroma? Please!!

How long did you leave it on the Aroma starting. It usually goes to Aroma Starting. Space X logo will appear and it will stay like this for a minute but then it will start Aroma. It will appear like it was stuck.
Anyway, if that does not work. You can do it manually. Extract the TouchWizHome_Zero directory from the zip. Copy it to /System/priv-app directory. Set the Folder and all sub folders permission to rwxr-xr-x and set the individual files permission in all of the folders to rw-r--r---
Make a copy of the old folder touchwizhome for safe keeping then delete original. Reboot.

I am sure it is working on the Note 3. It is not on the Note 4. Is that a Note 4 you are using? For some odd reasons and I did this manually as well by extracting your file and replacing mine along with the libraries and it is still black on the Note 4. I am just saying there might be a difference between Note 3 and Note 4.

May I ask how you fixed the statusbar for the note 3 and maybe I can attempt to do the same thing on Note 4.

It's nice this touchwiz but I hate that we have no option to order the icons in Menu only manually!

To install - please make a NANDROID backup - this is important. I will not provide any support for this. If something goes wrong, please restore.
Flash the file from custom recover.
