Does Sony SCR-24 case for xperia Z3 Works on Xperia Z2?

I dont think so. That will not fit for z2 since its for z3 dude. Why dont u get z2 case?
Aham.. Its just the stickon on the front of the case that sticks to the back of phone so I think it will fit....
What I want to know is that whether the smart window will work on our xperia z2 or not
I see, i think its possible since z2 also hv nfc. But im not 100% sure.

Of course it wil NOT work. The cover-widget.apk is working OK on the Z1 as any other lockscreen widget, but it needs the basic modifications:
-root
-recovery
-deodex
-some kind of super user mod, be it a modified services.jar or via xposed
The problem with the Z2 is that Sony removed something that prevents the widget to be shown on the available widgets for the losckreen, even with all of the above mods it is not working. I already asked for a port but no one has replied to the thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z2/help/request-z3-style-cover-widget-z2-t3007705
It won't fit the Z3 because is a bit smaller and thinner than the Z2. I already checked.

sony introduced the new stylus ES22 for Xperia Z Ultra and now the question for me is wether this stylus will work with other devices, like our tablet z or z1 - last one had the sketch app preinstalled.
What do you think about this stylus?
Is there an app like sketch from z ultra on our tablet z? found nothing yet...

According to the Sony website the Z Ultra will work with a pencil which is certainly not the case with the Tablet Z so I would assume that the touch interface must be different somehow and I doubt that the stylus would work looking at how thin the tip is.
Just my opinion though and happy to be proved wrong.

Some people seem to think so, but the three that I have used I would say that it is fine

Just wondering with the Z3 due to be released do you think we will see the new camera features appear on the Z2 and Z1? The one I was wanting to play with is the multi camera option. My wife has the Z1 Compact and I have the Z2 so we could pair the 2 up and take interesting photos while out 'n' about. Do you think this will happen?

I did here that features from the z3 will be added to the z2, however I'm not sure if the z1 will get them

Well as my wife has the Z1 and I have the Z2 it could be good news for me in some respects. I guess we will have to wait and see.

How many days are remaining to be able to have a ported rom from the z3 to the z2 especially d6503,
after seeing this full system dump of the newly announced z3,
and i will appreciate any opportunity of having it...

@niaboc79 will most likely post a new version of Existenz with all the Z3 apps and features as he usualy does

Yeap...he will.
Just check his eXistenZ thread in Z2 section and you'll be informed.
He already fully ported new Ultra Stamina MOD and screen recording and I'm sure he'll bring us many more features.
Also, he will port and built in ROM all new and/or updated apps from Z3...
When...?
When he finish it...we don't know that and it's not polite to ask for ETA.
