I would like to thank @Flyhalf for letting me use his ROM for the theme, also this was done using HTC's default theme in settings, if you use other themes besides the default one some images will/could be miscolored. Flash in recovery, wipe cache and dalvik cache then allow a couple minutes after your phone boots and enjoy.

Yes, the colors are bright but it really looks good once on the phone so flash it and see.
Thanks also to @Pneuma1985 and @ineedone for their Sense 6 tips during construction, and finally 24 apk's are themed, please don't ask if I can do this color or that color, that would mean redoing everything.
Disable auto update apps or it could knock out parts of the theme, and make sure there updated prior to flashing.

That should already be available, go to cyanogenmod settings, then interface then notification power widget, make sure it is checked and then you should have it.

Progress so far: I managed to remove the shortcuts and everything is still running fine. I just dont have the bubbles. If a themer wants to hop on this, I can tell them what APK to edit to make the lock ring change.

The lockscreen does not want to be removed...
Update: I removed the stupid little shortcuts since they are impractical. I'll work on atleast getting the lock ring themed.
Finished desensing everything. Only things are lockscreen and framework files that can't be removed. The desensed roms never removed sense. Just replaced launcher, browser, and keyboard. I kept the notes app because I think its cool

If you have any issues with status bar let me know, also although the screenie doesn't show it, status bar is themed red.
Recent Apps is now working fine.
Updated on 11/1. You have to flash transparent curtain for recent apps to work.

It's my understanding that Viper Rom has tweaks on it, Viper wont flash on my phone, but it's my understanding that in the tweaks section if you reset apps, then reboot after that.
Please let me know if that works, I am working on a fix for this also

TabUI Theme
This is a theme for Themer App by MyColorScreen.
You need to have Themer App installed from before to use this theme.
To apply theme go to Exported themes in menu
and select the Theme from there. Tested on Xperia SP which has a screen resolution of 720x1280.
Other screen sizes may or may not be supported. I will not support any problem arising due to
different screen resolutions.

As you can see from the date in my screenshots, I made these long ago. Just thought I'll share it.
And if I made a dark background now, I would have to change all the icons. Too much work as I don't use Themer much.
