hi every body
i bought a new htc desire so i gave my htc hero to my sister.
she is using a other sim with a other provider with the name simpel.
and now the device isnt working any more.
it stops at the boot ( htc quietly brilliant)
could someone help?
Hm i am not sure if i can help,but is the phone rooted?Has a custom ROM and/or a custom Radio?U tried to put back your old sim card to see if it is working?Else how long do you wait until it load?Lets it load for 15-20mins.
I have htc tmobile ph85110 when i insert the SIM it does not recognize and also when i check the IMEI number, its blank
I have factory reset the device but not solving the problem
