As I am a almost new to android development and I want to make custom rom for mobiles that don't have any custom rom.
So can anybody suggest me some threads and useful links which I can use to Learn.
Currently I have Xiaomi Redmi 1s so I would try on this .
So suggest me how to make custom rom for redmi 1s yourself and what are the sources needed in this.

I know this is Xperia U forum. And What I wanted to say is I am also an Xperia U user and developed a JB based ROM and currently bcoz of issues with my laptop cant port any ROMS.
If any kind developer here can make or port Lollopop based roms for Xiaomi REDMI 1s?
This is a request from all the users of REDMI 1S.
I know that there are many great developers in Xperia forums. Can any one of them take part in Lollipop ROMS for REDMI 1S? Kernel Surce is also released by XIaomi.
There were many guys who are ready to be beta testers if u start work.
I know about the devs here and everybody wanna make most out of the device. I respect all the Devs here bcoz of the ROMS I have used on my Xperia U.
ALL REDMI 1S users are waiting for developers who can make it. There is no active developer in REDMI 1s forum.

Hi i have redmi pro and have been in developing projects for samsung devices in the last years.
Do you want to make MIUI custom Rom or port cyanogen or AOSP ?

Hi paolo,
I have send you private message. I love this mIUI rom and i have some ideas how we could improve some things about ram management, and so on.
As for now I can make that for all xiaomi models, so we can make rom for redmi pro and redmi note 4.
Maybe I think about getting a Mi5s when it comes .
dr4ke and I have some ideas for taking a really nice project. We are talking with the developer and he will quit.
This project will be for all xiaomi smartphon and we can add all our ideas in the next time.

Why there is no emui rom for our device why always pure android ui roms have u guys seen redmi 2 prime development how many roms are available for it i like emui and flymeos to since flymeos development is very very slow loosing hope on that rom day by day so can someone try to make emui rom or redmi note 3 kenzo plz guys
Its not there, because nobody needs it.
BTW there is a flymeos thread for kenzo.
Don't see why you'd subject yourself to the pain and torture of EMUI... if you want the ROM so badly, why don't you try making it? There's plenty of guides.

I am using Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 SD variant. Right now I am on RR oreo. And everything is working fine. I am a gaming addict and want a gaming oriented custom rom that could take load from all graphic and resource hogging games. Please suggest if there is any. And not there is not necessary that custom rom should support Redmi Note 4. I am asking for general Android smartphone.

I am just want to know why the development of custom rom kernel is not going on for our redmi note 9 pro curtana because its about 2 months now and there is no twrp that fully working and there is nothing much custom rom available for redmi note 9 pro why? Xda developers

I wonder, if the Note 9s/Pro isn't really attractive for users?
Or is it more difficult to build custom ROMs with android 10?
