Thanks for all of your hard work & our 1st ROM.

I don't have this device, but you may test it yourself. Make nandroid backup, clean flash & report me back! It doesn't flash any firmware images (kernel, modem, ... etc); so, it's safe to test on other devices. If you've any issues, you can restore your backup.
DPI Affect
Heard mention that the DPI change affects the quick circle case display......is this true, or would it affect this? If it does change, what can be done post flashing to regain quick circle proper display?
Thanks for the work, btw!!!

Yes this Rom is for the Verizon VS985 variant but he just stated that it does not flash a kernel, modem, or recovery of any sort. So the worst thing that may happen is your device bootloops or you just may not have data, working WiFi or Bluetooth, or some other minor issue. It is relatively safe to flash on other devices to try so long as you have a Nandroid backup of a working or stock ROM.

It works fine for me, but I can create a flashable zip to revert to stock DPI, if needed.

Unpredictable, it may work perfect or with issues related to hardware drivers: mainly Mobile Data, WiFi, bluetooth, ... etc. It could be fixed though with a converter replacements (port).

add ons
Do you think you will be adding volume enhancements soon?
Loving the Rom. Just needs themes and home back up and restore enabled
Saw that you would be pushing 1.0.1 update for tether. Will this just be an update zip or will it require a full rom flash?
USB Debugging Doesn't Stick After Reboot
I attempted to get USB Debugging to stick after rebooting by adding this line to build.prop:
persist.service.adb.enable=1
I reset the permissions to rw-r-r after editing build.prop before I rebooted. No luck, still not remaining enabled after a reboot.

I'm aware of this issues...
I hope you can get Aroma working later on. The only downside is the size of the rom for download. The only bloat I find useful on this phone is multi window, knock on, and the clipboard. I hope to see some kind of volume enhancement as well.

Sure, at some point a new release of JasmineROM will include all requested features
Oh also the Verizon variants messaging app doesn't allow you to choose vibe pattern if there's a way you could enable that it would be awesome.

I've got the itch to do a bit of themeing. Do you guys use the G3 TweaksBox themes? Im considering building for that since it is cross ROM compatible.
It will be a black/grey/orange theme using the Numix Cinnamon theme as inspiration.
Would there be an issue if I change the DPI to the original value.
I don't like the one with the ROM, and I can't get used to it.
What would be the best way to go about it?

Most apps/themes should work with this ROM since it's deodexed, except carrier-related apps: messaging, *telephony*, ... etc. I'll make my own themes & a list of compatible themes later.

1.0.1 includes what you want; http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=56028380&postcount=129
This ROM ROCKS!!!! Thx!!!!
If you don't know what is this, don't flash this, If you know what is this, you are supposed to flash this. This is tested and working by me and many others. As always, you and only you are responsible for your device and decisions. Neither me nor anyone else except you will be responsible for bricked device.
This kernel is compiled using cyanogen source and commits and is up-to-date till now. I have not changed anything in it.
It includes all the libs needed for stock-based rom to boot.
For changes you can see the commits on github.com.
Custom recovery needed.
Instructions:
1. Download CM_kernel_15-2-15.zip or Dev-Host mirror
2. Place it in internal/external sd.
3. Reboot to recovery and choose install from internal/external sd.
4. Select CM_kernel_15-2-15.zip.
5. Reboot.
Changes you may see after flashing this will be in camera, touch, proximity and over all performance.
Please report if you find anything good or usual.
Till now noticed bugs fixed (as reported by users):
1. Battery charging stuck on 99%.
2. Better touch respponce

Completely stock. Nothing is changed.
Camera libs are changed, battery thermal cut off changed, rest I didn't cared to see.
You can see all changes on git, commits.
Right now I am working on kernel.

Ok will try this but can we know battery life?
Nice, but same as the other 4.4.4 port it's not pure AOSP, the settings.apk and systemui.apk are themed and not compatible with gravity box. I tried replacing them with those of CM11, but no dice.
Is there any way we could have those two as untouched AOSP as well? That would be superb, this ROM would make for an awesome base to go from then.
Of course this is not the AOSP. MTK does not have any AOSP ROM. Only AndroidOne device, and CM build. I'm not saying:" it's AOSP"

in first instalation of yours 4.4.4 rom had this problem.... i flashed again using 4.4.2 discovery rom... everything ok...
i was using phone one week, because i needed phone all week, and today i flashed again your rom.... same problem... i flashed several patchs and nothing... i tried several kernel's and after too many attempts, somewhere tried flashlight and started to blink what should not be normal... i flashed some more stuff and never worked again... flashed 4.4.2 and nothing.... so i decided to flash original rom using original software and rom files twice and nothing... now i gave up... do not know what to do more :crying::crying::crying:

In other KK roms have this bug?
I have made a kernel for stock Cyanogen OS12 with the touchscreen firmware fix and the hardboot patch (So you can use the stock rom as primary rom in multirom)
I have attached 2 file types.
The .img files to flash it with fastboot or an kernel flasher app.
The .zip files to flash it with a custom recovery
Here is a Video from savadam How to install the kernel in the recovery.
In the youtube video description you will also find howto unlock the bootloader and install a custom recovery
Update:
Kernel V2 is attached with a modified Ramdisk to fix the not working Settings-display
Update2:
The touchsreen fix is causing an 30mA higher battery drain if double tap to wake is enabled. I can life with it, but if for you the drain is to high you should disable double tap to wake in settings-display.
As soon as a new fix is finish I will provide a new kernel
Update3:
Kernel V3 with the new fix which seems to fix the touchscreen problems without causing an higher battery drain http://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/c/99607/
Update4:
Kernel V4 with fixed Sunlight Enhancement
Update5:
Kernel for CM11s XNPH05Q added

Hi!
I made patches which will fix some problems in CM13 based ROMs (CM13, Resurrection Remix, AICP etc)
1. ROM which you using on your phone have this bugs?
-no working auto-rotation
-sensors does not works as should
-phones just freezing, look like turned off
YOU NEED THIS:
1. Download my new, final patch LINK!
2. Install latest CM13 or another ROM based on CM, like RR, example link HERE
3. Install patch
4. Wipe caches
5. Reboot your phone
2. Phone just freezing? Auto-rotation, sensors etc works?
YOU NEED THIS:
1. Download this patch: LINK
2. Install latest CM13 or another ROM based on CM, like RR, example link https://www.cmxlog.com/13/g2m/
3. Install patch
4. Wipe caches
5. Reboot your phone
Thats all
*TESTED AND WORKS ON ALL NEWEST ROMS BASED ON CM13, FOR EXAMPLE Resurrection Remix
even if the newest CM13 will be fixed you can use my patches for older version of CM or if you use Resurrection Remix or similar ROM,
i'm sure it will be still usefull

The problem was good know, but i think no one tried or cant find right libs. I will trying to find one right because not all stuff of patch is needed i think but it works. yes, you can be sure now all works good with patch. I think will be no official fix because they are focused on CM14 and this bugs are not made by CM team as I know.
