I'm sorry if I post on a wrong forum topic, but I'm new here and I don't know how much about this forum!
So, my problem is with my HTC One M8 WiFi..It won't turn on, MAC and IP are unavailable! I got it with a rooted Android 5.0.1 and have some problems, WiFi wasn't working when I got it, I've installed a stock firmware ROM (Android 4.4.4), everything works perfect, expect WiFi, have some problem, not turning on, MAC and IP are unavailable, I've tried flashing kernel (boot.img or something like that) but no effect! This driving me nuts, and I really want some help from everyone who have the same problem! What can I do?

Hello guys, I am new to xda and hoping someone can help.
I have a HD2 which I have successfully flashed with numerous Android Roms.
The problem started when I flashed my bosses HD2. I flashed with the same rom I had on mine... and to my findings both mac addresses for the WIFI card are the same... very annoying as we both use the WIFI at work.
I tried flashing other roms only to find the same problem. I believe it is because the roms I chose all have the same kernel I think...?
Anyway long story short... I need to spoof my WIFI mac in order for us both to be able to access the WIFI.
I have already read through the small amount of solutions I could find on here but with no success.
Can anyone help?

Hi guys! I have recently flashed my SGA with this ROM:

Everything is working fine but I have to reboot my phone every time I want to receive a file via bluetooth. One more thing, the data packet has the same problem too, I need to do frequent reboots. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
Ok...after so many months without reply, I found out that it's a kernel problem...so to solve it, use another kernel or ROM...
P.s I know it's on a wrong forum...but sorry, it was done when I was a newbie...

I recently bought a new LG Optimus 5 E610, with android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich, and i wanted to overclock it or install a custom mod.
I never did it before, and i don't even know where to start, is there someone who knows how to do it, and could help me?
Is there an "easy" way to install mods? Which mod should i install?
(I'm also having problem with wi-fi, everytime the phone enters sleep mode it disconnects from wifi

Hi everybody,
I found an old HTC Hero while cleaning up and I got the idea to use it as a Wifi Tether phone for my Tablet.
The phone is rooted and I already tried some ROMs. Unfortuantely either Wifi Tehter is not included in the ROM or it doesn't work after activating.
So I'd really appreciate your help to find an suitable ROM

Anyway, I apologize if my post is rational and very understandable.
I have a problem with my phone htc amaze.
This phone is already on cyanogenmode ROM.
But then the phone turns on and boots the boot regiment.
In fact, some of the light entering the Home screen mobile phone that regiment.
And he was forced to turn off the phone.
A Note: The phone can be used in the recovery mode.
How can I fix this problem.

Do you have backup you can restore?
Which cyanogenmod were you using?
And what is your language--maybe there are others here who know it and you can post more fluently and be understood by them.
