After flashing my Star S1 MTK6577 with the rom here -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=41133015#post41133015
My phone won't boot anymore.
I used the MTKDroid tool to create the scatter file and flashed with Flash_tool last version. I didn't flashed the preloader to be sure to be able to flash it again.
Anyone has the stock rom please ? I found many rom for it but with the MTK6589... And this rom is not working.

Star X26i uses the same mt6575 chip. I also have a STAR n800 which I have rooted , and flashed CWM.
1) Install the proper drivers in your PC
2) Root your phone using - TPSparkyroot and USB cable
3) Flash only -- repeat only CWM recovery image using SP Flashtools . Do not erase pre loader, uboot.bin etc.

I got my ALCATEL One Touch 5020A and its cool even powered of a single core cpu only. Like other android device user I'd like to use a custom ROM on it but the problem is SP Flash Tool can't Readback the custpack partition. How could I port a ROM on it if this problem occurs?
Please help me guys.... :crying: What Flash Tool version should I use to carry out custpack partition? Or any Tool you know to solve my problem.
Your help will highly appreciated.

i used SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1304.0.119. you should first use SP Flash tool to flash CWM recovery so that you can first make a nandroid backup of your stock rom. rooting and flashing custom roms can then be fone through CWM.

My phone has a two partition one is custpack and system.
How.can merge them so I can install custpack.

I found GS202 and GS202+ stock firmware and successfully uploaded device but device cant boot up no logo no menu i see only light (blank screen)
I bricked my tecno m3 4.4.2 when i was using flashify to flash a boot image. My fone was unable to boot. i downloaded the old tecno m3 4.2.2 stock rom and flashed it via sp flash tool but my phone but it did not boot since my phone is the new tecno m3 4.4.2. So please can somebody help me with the download link for new tecno m3 stock rom 4.4.2 for sp flash tool

I have some questions the forum members may (or may not..)be able to answer;here goes...
I have recently downloaded an Alcatel Ideal Xtra 5059X rom from L****** website,and would like to know if it is possible to use SP flash tool to flash(and subsequently root??) the aforementioned ROM to an Alcatel stock rom A30 Fierce 5049z phone??!??
I have heard in some forums that this MTK SoC phone comes with an unlocked "PreLoader" boot system,and would like to know instead of cross flashing the aforementioned ROM whether this MTK phone can be rooted/'SU'ed the A30 via MTK PreLoader tool??
