I've found it searching about ports for LG D-683 and found it. This page says the information were taken of this forum (yes it is written). However the I've not found exactly nothing in respect of it and the download links are inacessible (at least for me).
Somebody could confirm that information plese? If really have these thread on this forum, could you give me the links, please? For me it is more realiable.
It these information are truth, I couldn't wait to have CWM and Lollipop on my device

Hi everyone,i've been using this device since christmas and i'm happy with it. I updated it to v10k,but now i'm searching for a good rom.
I saw that there are 2-3 roms around,XOptimus,Cyan Optimus and something else.
My question is: what rom should i try? Should I wait for the Cyanogenmod (if it ever comes to this device) or try one of these?
I'm relatively new to Android devices,so sorry if I'm a noob. Please help

Look, the truth is that I'm advertising, but on this page (my website) I do is put all the ROMs that come out for the L7, explain them a bit and put a link (adfly bound) to go to forums where the ROM is explained, if I link forum which I do not like, you can Google the name of the ROM, and already have

Hello guys sry if I'm in the wrong section
I searched everything on the web for a rom or anything related to a rom for the LG L4 ( E440) and I finally found something but we have a problem.
Someone on the web posted an official Android 4.4.2 rom for the LG L4,and by the comments it's working.
Only problem is he made the rom in 3 parts and for every part you need to do a survey.My problem is that in my land I cant do survey so yeah

its spam .. official firmwares have no surveys so its scam ..
there is no kk for l4
and will not be for a while as its Chipset is Mediatek MT6575 (very low dev support) also its not a popular phone (closest to it would be L5 II and that was released before yours and there is no proper cwm or any rom's)
IF YOU OWN THIS PHONE MODEL ASK ADMINS TO ADD IT TO THIS SUB-FORUM AS ITS HARDWARE IS NEARLY SAME TO L5 II

I am triing in rooting few device (lenovo ideatab a1000F, smasung packet neo, vodafone ideos u8150-d. But now, I am getting crazy. I can't find a correct valid guide. I tried kingo, unlock root. IN other site I found seems valid guide, but no link to the rom!

I first had a similar impression. If you're not used to the whole android world, it first looks quite confusing. Unclear were to find information, and many are outdated. Discussions and information are mixed in the forums, and most files are released on one-click-hosters.
In the end I found projects like CyanogenMod and OmniRom helpful. Their Wikis are much more clear than the forums to me. Though, once you read some threads on xda, you learn how to extract the important information from there as well.
So don't give up, try to find your way and don't be scared to try things out even if you're not too sure whether it's the right way

Hello everyone,
I saw a few threads for opx getting miui8,and i found one ported rom,but i can not download it because the website is in chinese..Also,it is not fully functional.Can someone give me the exact download link please?
Also,i saw a few threads where people are trying to port this rom for opx,but are stuck at some point.I am not a dev myself,and that is why i would like to ask anybody of the devs with enough free time to help them develop this rom.Thank you

It was not my intention to spam,
and I hope I have not miss any message that had them, but I can't find any valid link to download the root and recovery zip files. All link are dead.
But I see modding is still alive here, and I have to admit this makes me very happy about that, so, can anyone upload those files? I resurrected this phone after my Nexus completely died, and I would like to mod it, since the stock ROM is not that good.
