[Q][E460] Physical button touch vibration or sound - LG Optimus L3 II, L5 II, L7 II, L9 II

Hello
Is any possible to set sound click or vibration on touch physical (hardware) button (BACK and MENU button)? Any modification or module for xposed?
Thanks for help.

Actually, this will kill your battery life but if you would like, There is an app on the store called Spare Parts Plus! that might do that by enabling "Haptic Feedback"
P.S. On my device (LG L7II) one of the bugs in KK version was enabling haptic feedback when it runs out of battery. ant this app helped me with that problem.
Wishing you good luck

Not work :crying:

Switching off the display

Hi. Does anybody have an idea how to switch off the display manually through pressing some keys or menu icons? I found only the timed automatic possibility in the battery settings, but I need the manual function too. On each of my previous phones (TyTN II, i780) it was always possible. Thanks for your help.
Use mortscript to turn-off display and then assign the script to a hardware button.

Hmm, a little bit to complicated, but thanks for the tip
So your not talking about putting it to sleep by touching the power button? I think all my wm devices have this feature, killing the screen instantly.
I'm not sure about the request - anyway isn't it what Rose does when you press and hold End Call button?

If you touch the power button on the Rose, a menu apears, wher you can choose: if you want to switch the whole phone off, lock the keys, call the task manager or the comm manager. There is unfortunatelly no option to switch only the display off

Pressing and holding the End Call button locks the keys, it doesnt switch the display off
...simply very easy, I am looking for something like psshutxp but for smartphones (WM 6.1 standard). You can everywhere find only the pocket PC version for WM professional, which you can not unfortunatelly install on a smartphone.
Yeah, I was thinking of the pro devices. They seem to get all the love anyway. There seems to not be a built in solution then. Setting the screen timeout real short would be only option and thats not a good option at all. If I come across anything I'll repost. I've just been using the red end key. But I'm so hooked on my touch pro right now I've forgotten the rose for awhile.
Here is the solution for all my troubles http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=473017

App: Smart screen on/off app

very nice application, specially the pro version
very useful no need to use the volume buttons/ power buttons to wake up and put to sleep the phone. no battery drain as well

Haptic feedback stopped working

Hi guys, my s3's haptic feedback stopped working all of a sudden and I don't know what is wrong with it. I checked sound settings and advanced settings and haptic feedback appears enabled. I'm running aokp 40 and siyah 1.2.6. I'm hoping that it is not a hardware issue. Has anyone had any experience with Samsung rma before (I'm using an international unit bought from clove and I live in Canada)? Or is there a vibration seeing that i have not checked yet or something? Thanks.

I know this answer may be too late for you, but for other people...
I had this same issue recently. Haptic feedback was ON in sound settings but still no joy when touching menu buttons.
Turns out my phones 'Power Saving mode' was ON.
If you go into Power Saving mode you'll see that one of its ways of saving your battery is to turn off haptic feedback.
Just so the phone can confuse you though it wont turn it off from the settings in sound, it will just turn it off and still appear 'on' in sound settings!
Hope this helps.
THANK YOU!

You for real solved an ongoing 4 day issue for me on my stock Galaxy Note2! Lol I didn't know that the power save ended up being on.
Thank you for actually posting in case others ran into it!

HELP! Vibrate On Touch NOT working

Hello everyone, I just got done rooting my HTC one and I love the haptic feedback when I hit a button. After rooting it though, the haptic feedback doesn't seem to work. Also the capacitive buttons don't seem to light up anymore. Any ideas on what the problem is? I already tried restarting the phone and unchecking and checking the vibrate to touch button. Thanks
Check power saver for vibration and cover two sensors on top grill for capacitive buttons

[Q] Wake up by volume buttons?

Hi all,
doesn anyone know an App that allows our Moto E to wake up using the volume buttons?
I triev Power Button to Volume Button app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teliapp.powervolume) but it turned out to be a battery killer

You can use xposed module for it
And many ROM supported it already

I forgot to state that I prefer not to root the phone at this stage, but I did some research and found that rooting the phone and installing the xposed module is the best solution. (Reason: apparently changing the binding of a physical key at system level requires root permissions and existent apps actually listen all the time for the key in background, causing battery drain.)
Thanks for the hint anyway
I think its in wrong section.. please read before post.. thread reported
Finally I made the choice to unlock the bootloader and root the phone.
I went straight installing xposed and gravity box module. Applying all my customizations, including the volume button wake up and the double tap standby, was a absolutely a breeze.

Why don't you try "Pocket Lock" app which uses the sensors to wake up...!!
Please hit thanks if you find helpful.
