[MOD] Remove text from the lock screen - Xperia Z3 Themes and Apps

I like a clean interface...
as the picture this mod removes this damn lock screen text

Requirements:
- Root
- Backup your original Keyguard.apk to a safe place (you're warned)
Install:
TRY IT AT YOUR OWN RISK
1. Download apk and rename it to Keyguard.apk
2. Push Keyguard.apk to /system/ and give it rw-r--r-- permissions
3. Move Keyguard.apk to /system/priv-app/
4. Reboot
Note: This application is a Deodex (works on odex roms, be sure to remove Keyguard.odex)
Working on Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact (thanks to @PherChe for confirm operation)

yes, they are very similar ...
I suppose you tried the Xperia™ version, right?
which your language?
I have modified only in Brazilian Portuguese language, I will fix it!

Waited so long for this , thank you very much !
But doesn't work for me :/
German language , rooted .77 fw , pushed the keyguard.apk to priv-app with the correct permissions , but doesnt work .
If i change language to brazilian portugues it nearly works ( shows xperia although i took the clean version )
Any suggestions ?

Tried both files , nothing changes until i change the language to brazil portugues

can someone help me with how to backup the original keyguard apk using es file explorer please (pref noob friendly guide lol)?
Do i just make another copy and save it onto computer etc or is there actually a button that I can press that says backup? Struggling to find this... thanks! Really wanting to try this. Also, when is it necessary to remove the keyguard.odex? Do I need to back up this too?

just copy keyguard.apk and keyguard.odex to your SD card for example. then in case of any problems you can place them back whenever you want, correct permissions, and reboot
keyguard.odex must be removed always if you have it, when you apply this mod of course

do you mean in the status bar or in the widget?
if you mean the widget, you can remove it just long pressing it and moving to the trash in the top... the only problem is that if you remove it, and don't add any other widget, sony date and time widget will be added again automatically next time you lock the phone.... but maybe a workaround could be to replace time and date widget with another widget, smaller so that it will be less instrusive than the stock one...
