I bought a htc M7 AT&T and it came rooted with S-OFF with twrp on it. It should have been a no brainier flashing a different rom but I cant get one to install all the way. I have tried a few different roms and I get the same result splash screen and will not go any further.
I updated to latest TWRP and here is a getver.

Quite sure you need to be S-off first
i tried to install ARHD in my phone, after installing it, it can't pass the HTC logo and its suck. when i tried to flash it again, nothing seems happening. i entered TWRP and when i exit it, it says "no OS installed" please help me pls.

First edit your post and remove the iemi and serial no
you need to update your twrp recovery to 2.6.3.3 to flash the ARHD

after flashing ARHD 92.0 i cant properly boot in my OS anymore. Anybody know a good solution? I guess i just need to restore to my Stock ROM but cant find any that fit to my System.

i would like to install the RUU_T6_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_BrightstarUS_WWE_4.14.1540.11_Radio_4T.36.3218.06_10.33R.1718.01_release_449026_signed_2 and it failed saying model id mismatch.
i have seen a tuto on modifying a model id and i successful modified it.
it install the rom but phone stuck on android logo and reboot again and again.
so i wonder what did i missed.
please help me to get this rom on my phone.
