Is stock rom?
Root?
Costum Recovery?
Kernel?
Is this only with subway surfers, if yes, delete the game and don't play it.

Rooting has nothing to do with that. As long as you are using the right firmware for your carrier you should be OK.

As the guy said you need a pc to root. Atleast for unlocking the bootloader and flashing twrp recovery.
