I have a LG E460 model that is trapped in a bootloop on the LG logo. I want to know if the bootloader unlocker that i found in this site may help my device, and in this way flash a custom ROM.

First, recover your device using LG Flash Tool and a kdz. After that, let's unlock the bootloader.

I have phone LG Optimus L5 DUAL E615 with Android 4.1.2 (stock update, no root),
and I want to install TWRP ROM on it, backup system and root device.

but I dont understand: is this ROM right for my phone LG Optimus L5 DUAL E615 or not?

Can I downgrade my phone (LG L9 II, nonbranded, Czech distribution) please?
I was upgrade my L9 to last Kitkat by official Lg Support Tool, but i think JellyBean is better for me.
Is any way to downgrade my phone?
I have no ROOT and no CWM
PS: about LG Optimus Black (my previous phone) i know much about rooting and flashing, but here i am noob
