Hi!
After upgrading my tablet (root and unlocked bootloader and new stock chinese rom) I installed Google Keyboard but I only have the most common languages.
How can I add a language layout and dictionary (swedish) to Google Keyboard? (Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 if that matters).
Is that Rom-dependant somehow? Because I did the same with my Lenovo telephone but there I have all languages.
/edit: The stock keyboard has Swedish, that's also strange, it could not be ROM Dependant then
thanks
No one knows? Would it work if I copied the installation from the telephone? (with titanium backup)

Hi,
I am looking for an ICS version for my Xperia Sola that will have the Hebrew language selectable as interface language when I first start my phone after installing it, so far I found to downloads, one India (Asia) version and another Global version, both didn't have Hebrew.
Is there one available that includes the Hebrew language?
Thank you.
------------EDIT---------------
Apparently there isn't anything like that but I turned the English ICS for my Xperia Sola to Hebrew using the Morelocale2 app available for free from Google Play Store.
Hi all,
Heres another question for the advanced xda programmers, basically the problem is when you connect an external uk english layout keyboard to a tablet and press the £ sign key you get the # key instead which is of the USA english keyboard layout. Is there a fix or a patch or a solution for this? I have tried and installed android stock keyboard replacement apps like "hackers keyboard" and "swift key" but even though they replace the standard android stock keyboard with a uk english layout still the problem remains when you plug in a external uk english layout keyboard.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Hello
I would like to add Hebrew to the Xperia keyboard in current Stock firmware i'm using...
I have flashed a middle east ROM, its OK...
I have another ROM with Hebrew in Xperia keyboard (a T-mobile Rom)
here's that ROM:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/o0ixecj0ubyg5ee/C5303_12.1.A.1.207_T-Mobile.US.ftf
i have tried this method:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2281254
but
There is no directory named with "customize" in system folder and no file in whole firmware named with "default.xml"
is there a way to export the Hebrew from T-mobile Rom and import it to middle east one?
or any other way to have Hebrew in my current Rom's xperia keyboard?
(i have a rooted xperia sp, android version 4.3 build number 12.1.A.1.207)
thanks in advance
any help would be appreciated
A friend updated to the latest official version of Android 4.4.2
(the device is Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 I9205).
The problem is the following. In stock keyboard settings has installed 2 languages Greek and English.
When he tries to change the language nothing happens.
It's really frustrating. Using other keyboard the problem doesn't appear.
Any thoughts?

I recently bought Honor 7 from Hong Kong online.
The EMUI version installed is Chinese.
I have changed all settings to English. Keyboard, language etc. So, google play and others are in English.
But, the Huawei installed apps, browser and all other, like the downloadable themes, display Chinese and there is no option to change that to English.
Can anyone help me install or update the EMUI installed to display in English instead of Chinese?
Is it possible?
