Interesting poll results. Was thinking in creating a rom with Att stock without the bloat, and have some modifications. Just trying to see the feedback. But did not notice development has been rolling out.

Indeed.
I know how many threads are in the development section. When I see it go up one I get insanely excited.
Going to start a ROM bounty here.
Plain and simple i love the idea of the ROM and would like to see a stable build for us.
Bounty will be played upon dev completing a stable build with no major bugs (ie. cell/data/3g,late working/MMS,GPS etc)
I know this can be done and would love to do it if i had the skill sets or the time.
Here's an idea for anyone interested or would like to know specifically what I'm talking about

They can flame all they want. Doesn't bother me. I'd like to see some new stuff in the community and am willing to fork out some money to see it. There may or may not be others that feel the same way but hey that's their opinion.

Yeah I've tries it as well as a few other ppl here phone FCS along with contact storage.
I manages to get data working with some edits but no one can get cell service ie. Phone calls to work even when using an alternate dialer like exdialer. Simply says dialing and never goes through.
I also tried the porting tool same issues

Damn. I don't k know if there is anything close to this on our VZW forum right now, and I haven't tried anything but Beans as of yet, but I would LOVE to see that hit over here.

I'll clear the bounty now, however as a developer I will still keep updating the Verizon builds as well. The thing is some stuff will not work so wait for Samsung to release the N10.1 LTE which is due soon on Verizon. How does that sound?

Well this has been a hit with the Og crowd and I have been working on a version for the 3D. I am wondering if there is any interest for it here. It is a source build I have been working on for my own personal use. If there is interest I will put out a link for yall to try.

Yes I know sellers86 did it a while back but camera does not work along with many of the settings. Since then he has no longer done anything with it. And yes I have talked with him about working on this project:*)

Most settings work. And iirc I didn't ever say I was done with the project. I said I was done with the 3vo but I meant on xda (I hate xda). School is out, and I have some more free time on my hands.

So, I'm thinking about trying to port a stock ROM for the Verizon s4 to the DNA. Why you guys think? Just an idea.

I assume it will be hard and take lots of time and testing. More so than an HTC port since it's a Samsung device and they run different hardware. Some stuff may not ever work. The s4 has many features one would miss out on if ported to a DNA. Touchwiz would be nice to see because of it's fluidity and snapiness. That's something that sense has always lacked in my eyes.

Yeah you are right, it will be difficult. And some stuff may not work I'm not sure. I used to have the s3 and there was actually a dude working on a sense 5 port. I didn't keep the phone long enough to see if everything worked though, so I'll just play around with it and see what I can do. Also don't anyone get their hopes up about it being available like now because I have to fit this into my schedule, I'll keep you guys updated!!

It would be extremely difficult. I've been working on the sense 5 for s3 for a while now and its very difficult. Porting tw would be a pain.

Yeah you are actually the member I was referring to! Lol small world I guess. The guide that I am using says I need to install ubuntu on my computer and that has me at a stand still right now. I have a windows 8 pc and for some reason it's not wanting to install right. But I'm gonna keep working on it! How is your sense 5 port coming anyway?

I gave this a shot. It flashed just fine but when booting it automatically pops up a screen that say unable to normal boot enter downloading mode. I was unable to pull a log cat. Thanks for trying hopefully you can get this figured out. Looking forward to what is next.

Hey I actually jave been working on a sense port for the note 2 and nkw for the note three lol I was able to get it to boot but had multiple fcs. Still trying to debug that maybe I coykd help you out. I do know sense and other rom neccesities are buried deep in the kernel on htc

I have a bootable ROM I did some kernel work and some other small changes in boot.IMG imnwaiting for either the op or a moderator for the go ahead tonpost . its not a working rom yet but it will boot now

I have a bootable ROM but I'm waiting for a new PC my 7 yr old was being a 7 yr old and dumped his juice in my other one
As for the interest its because HTC ports are difficult once you finally get them booted you don't have any data or wireless service only WiFi. The sense and other criticals are deep in the kernel and boot.IMG its not that there's no interest its a high degree of difficulty

Yep lol I should have a PC by tomorrow or Thursday once I get it I will transfer the ROM from my hard drive and host it through Dropbox
The op has pretty much abandoned this ROM but credit needs to go to him for beginning the port
