Okay, let's begin
I was disassembling my SGS2 as i was going to replace the back frame. I was interested in replacing the front bezel as well so i lifted up the lcd connector from the mainboard and then i found out that it was very difficult to separate the bezel off the screen. And then i put it back on and yes, this problem happened. So the screen is now looked like this

Im going to buy this Galaxy S II but the glass is broken , not the lcd.
I talk to a guy who repairs phones he said i have to replace the lcd too because when separating the digitizer (glass) from the lcd , the lcd tends to break easily.
Is this true?

Yes this is true, they are glued together, and trying to get them apart is almost imposable.
This case case the back of my phone to dip in. You can see a line where the dip was caused. I believe somehow if put pressure on the back of my phone that now I see a slight chip on the corner of the camera lens. Nothing that will affect the picture but its there. I have not dropped my phone and always had a case on. Let me know if anyone has this issue with similar case.

The silver frame of the phone is scratched because it's a crappy piece of plastic and also because the phone is not what we could define a brand new phone. :fingers-crossed:
I'd like to replace it, and I'm wondering if t959 replacement parts are compatible with (much cheaper) i9000 ones.
AFAIK the only difference is the lack of FFC.

While taking apart my htc one m7, the on of the fpc connectors flaps basically broke apart when i tried to lift it to remove the ribbon. Im not sure where to purchase this part and wondering if someone can help. Here is a photo of the part im talking about, I think its a 15 pin connector but as much reading as I've done im not sure.

Dear All,
My Screen glass has been cracked as photo sample. . View and touch is very fine but glass is broken. Are we able to change only glass with this?

It will be better but i'm not sure is that screen pressed package or not? You know some lcd panels sticked to glass and impossible to replace only glass..
If its not possible, is this the solution?
