Q: Is there a way to Android to Android tether or have navtive bluetooth DUN?

I have Parrot Asteroid in my car as of last night and i am looking for a way to share internet with it. Apparently it supports bluetooth DUN via cell phones but as far as i know the SGS2 doesn't support DUN. I have tried wifi tether for root to test but i get an error on the device. Ideally i would like to have Native DUN support for the SGS2 so when it connects via bluetooth for the voice and media it will start sharing internet without any application startup.
Also an alternative method would be USB internet sharing between the android device. This will be beneficial as it would charge the phone too. I know this is supported to a windows machine but another android device?

[Q] SIP Capabilities via USB (answering and making calls via computer)

Was wanting to know if there was any way that one can use a USB headset that connects to his PC to make/take calls from his phone that is also connected via USB?
I know you can do it with bluetooth (using the PC as a bluetooth headset) but is there another way to do it if you don't have a bluetooth dongle?
Thanks.

Tether phone to PC for calling functions

Hi, I'm wondering if there is any software possible or if it would be possible in theory?
Basically what I mean is when connecting phone to PC, is it possible to integrate it so the PC is a client to take and recieve phone calls via the mobile, allowing me to utilise my headset and be able to continue using skype etc without having to remove or change headset. Thanks.
You're effectively using your PC as a bluetooth headset. Doing so will depend on your configuration - hardward, Windows version, etc - but it is certainly possible.

[Q] Hotspot Suspended During BT Headset Call?

During a voice call through a Bluetooth Headset, the Rezound's Mobile Hotspot's data connection is suspended. Is this a hardware limitation or fixable via software?
I've already verified that I can keep a Hotspot's data connection during voice calls when using the handset directly, but the data connection will suspend during voice calls through a Bluetooth headset. The Hotspot's data connection resumes after the voice call ends.
I use my Rezound's Mobile Hotspot as my primary internet connection and since I will often lose the 4G data connection if I "handle" the phone, I usually keep it in a dock near a window. And I've linked it via Bluetooth to a compatible cordless phone for voice calls.
Does my use case just require too many simultaneous "radios," or should the Rezound allow the concurrent use of a Bluetooth Headset and the Mobile Hotspot?
Thanks in advance.

Android-to-Android Bluetooth Profiles

Hi everyone,
I am an owner of the GSIII I747M and the ASUS Transformer, both running ICS. I recently had this idea (fantasy?) where I mount the Transformer in my car, hook it up to the car speakers and basically use it as my in-car infotainment system instead of the headunit that's in there. Nothing wrong with my in-car headunit (except the fact that I can't get bluetooth to work with my GSIII), but the tablet will give me tons more features. When I enter the car, I want the tablet to automatically tether to my phone via wi-fi and via bluetooth. Wi-fi is for internet access and it works just fine. The bluetooth is for the hands-free profile, so that when I receive a call, the music/navigation/whatever gets interrupted and I can take the call. I also want to be able to dial from the tablet.
When I connect the two devices via bluetooth, I don't have a hands-free profile; indeed I have no useful profiles at all. My question is simple: is there an app for that? Any suggestions? Has anyone done this? Thanks!
