Hello. Gohma wanted to install a rom, but accidentally unplugged the usb. And the installation was halfway through. Now, the clock is frozen with LG logo.
I tried to repair it with LG G Watch recovery tool, but the computer does not detect the clock. I can enter in fastboot mode
Help please.
EDIT: ok, with this video I fix the problem https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qyFbTsNscrM

Okay long story short, I attempted to install transparent cm7.2 status bar and phone bricked (fastboot). I fixed it and installed other phone model's cwm with windows cmd command (stupid, I know). After this I'm always stuck at lg screen. Can't get into recovery either. Lg update tool does not find the phone, neither does cmd.exe. I sometimes get the ''colored snow screen'' or whatever I should call it. But it doesnt change the fact that the phone can't be recognized by anything.
What should I do? I ran out of ideas. I can't turn the phone in any mode, it always starts with the lg screen.
bump
bump. dammit, am i really screwed? I managed to get a notification about new hardware installing yesterday but none of the driver stuff I had worked so I left it the way it was and did not install anything afterwards.
I've just entered Emergency Mode!! with volume up+down+plugging into usb. Some driver got installed but there's still no lg stuff in device manager
Completely bricked.
Doesn't turn on at all.
Okay, any excuse I can tell the phone suppliers?
cek recovery
whether you have flash before CWM recovery?
if you might have tried to go to CWM pressing the power + vol down
if you managed to do as they pleased
The phone is a brick. It doesn't turn on in any way. Completely dead. If I could get to CWM I wouldn't be asking for a story to tell the phone suppliers xD
You can use KDZ Updater and also download original lg firmware. All can be found here in this forum.

Lucky for you, it seems this phone is very difficult to brick thanks to LG's bootloader "precautions".
Pull out the battery, and put it back in. Hold the volume down and put in the usb cable, if you see the S/W upgrade mode screen, use this to flash it:

If not, you'll need to install fastboot and flash uboot and xloader for ics then use the above method.

For future rooting, i'd recommend this

Appreciating you a lot.. thank you so much for your help.. :good:
I went through your suggested threads... it seems like the Phone can be unbricked.. Hope it does.
In Last week I could not try these... bcoz of slow wifi and slow pc..
But in this week I will do it.. Lets see.. Fingers Crossed
I tried doing it as per 'cmahendra's' [GUIDE] FLASH L9 Factory ICS/JB ROM WITH OFFLINE FIX + UNBRICK
As I was able to get into 'SW Upgrade mode' [by Pressing Volume UP button and inserting USB cable into phone]
But it failed at Stage where the tool first analyzes and detects connection between USB cable and phone.
I have installed LG driver. Now dont know how to establish this connection.
PLEASE HELP!!

This happens sometimes, all you need to do is install fastboot and flash the uboot and xloader for ics.
SOLVED: Got the phone working again
Hey Thanks..
I Got the phone working again..
First time when I did fastboot using omap4boot fastboot method, I didn't install the drivers again. :silly:
So I did that and once I got into fastboot, bingoo.... I knew my phone can be unbricked now, so I flashed the recovery.img instead of kdz.
Which got successful and I got into the recovery. So I just cleared the cache and dalvic and tried rebooting (System) the phone.
And taadaa.. the phone booted with 4.1.2 running now..
Hello guys!
It all started today in the morning when I opened Instagram application on my G4 (H815 model) and suddenly the phone froze. After 15 or 20 seconds it tried to reboot itself but it went straight into bootloop. It's not acctually a bootloop. It tries to go past loading screen and reboots another time and after that all I can see is LG logo.
I tried to enter recovery mode. No success. I tried updating/flashing KDZ file with LG Flash Tool and I got error everytime saying there was not enough information....
Last thing I tried was to boot into download mode. It shows Firmware Update screen but I don't thing ADB is working. I tried command adb devices and it found nothing.
I'm so desperate now as I need phone tomorrow. I hope it's not hard-bricked. Do any of you have idea what to do?
Any help apprechiated
TIA
Nejc

I broke my lenovo vibe s1. I remembered i had a old lg e460, so i tried turning it on. At first all i could get was logo to show up. I waited a while but nothing happened, so i did a bit of research. Next i tried getting the phone in recovery mode and when i did it i got a picture of android with exclamation point in red triangle. After some more research i determined i needed to root my phone so i downloaded lg support tool and connected my phone to computer. after installation finished i turned my phone on, lg logo showed up after 2 seconds logo spined around and i could here booting sound, after that nothing happened.
After a ton of research i tried rooting my phone with lg flash tool. Everything goes well but on 3rd step upgrade stops at 5% when it says S/W upgrade in progress and it gives me a option to retry i do that and the same thing happened.
I tried upgrading with lg support tool again, but when i connect my phone it says latest software installed or something like that. sorry for my bad English
Im stuck and need help
