So, I don't know how to properly describe this error, but suddenly the smatphones in my network won't load immediately a site or whatever needs connection. I will get an delay that lasts more than 15 seconds and so the page will load and I will get the connection reaching the right velocity with no problems. This just applies to the smartphones, the notebooks connect regularly.

Im pretty certain this is down to my router (BT Homehub 3), but whenever i connect to the wifi network, after about 10/15 minutes, sometimes 1/2, the down speed halts fully.

Whenever I toggle mobile data on/off the phone freezes but the power button will still toggle the screen on and off but the device will not respond until it eventually reboots. This happens when I turn wifi off, but not on, or when airplane mode is toggled. I have tried from settings and the status bar.
I'm running Stock, rooted, deodexed from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2044351 along with the APN editor flash (method 1) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2044449 with Setup Wizard frozen. I also have extsd2internalsd http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2036796 installed to utilize my 64gb sd card.
I tried to get a logcat using adb logcat *:W *:S but it was empty.
Anybody know what's going on before I wipe and try again?
Thanks
As weird as this sounds it appears to have been FB Messenger. Clean installs worked so I reinstalled one by one and this was the only app to cause the device to hot boot when toggling wifi or mobile data.

Nevermind, FB Messenger wasn't the culprit.
It turns out it was the AT&T VM Viewer app (for U-Verse VM). No problems if it's just installed but if you are logged in then whenever the apps loses connectivity (toggling wifi, mobile data, airplane mode, etc) the phone hot boots. This just reminded me the app would FC on my old Incredible 2 when the connection state changed.
Just wondering if anyone else has this problem... sometimes when I load up Google Search (usually from the widget) it will just sit there and not do anything... the circle thing will spin, but no data will be coming through and nothing happens. I can restart the phone and it usually start working like normal, but eventually it will do it again. I've tried uninstalling updates, clearing cache, etc but it just seems to be a fact of life. Anyone have a solution to this? I don't want to always have to open Chrome to do Google searches honestly.
I don't know of a fix, but this happens to me as well from time to time.

Also happens to me. Thought it was a slow connection but happens on WiFi as well

I remember seeing it mentioned on Reddit awhile back and ozne commenter said that it is a service issue (with Google), and not the device.
Not sure if this is true or not.

Is there a tweak or setting to pull WiFi in better ? Asking because I'm able to connect nook tablet via free city WiFi, but fassy says "not in range". Just curious.

Ive run various ROM using two different Fassies. It has been my experience that it has the crappiest GPS and Wifi. But wifi seems to work the best when I used AOKP. Something else you could try as well that helped me was an app called InSIDer. Using the stock wifi listing itwould only show about 3 active. But when using the InSIDer wifi scanner or Wigle it would show about 10. I would give one of those a try.
I use my v10 to cast Netflix on my TV. If the phone goes to sleep, chromecast loses connection but the show still plays on the TV. (play and pause controls go missing from the notification center unless I reconnect by pressing the chromecast icon on the top of the Netflix app) anyone else experiencing this?

If you are on Marshmallow, try disabling Netflix doze.
Settings - Battery - Battery usage - Ignore Optimizations - select Netflix
That was my first thought. I already have done that

I have the same issue. I haven't had time to trouble shoot though.

Same Issue
I have the exact same issue. Also assumed it was the doze function, but still see it after disabling Netflix doze. Has anyone been able to com up with a solution, this is so annoying!
Mine does this too. Surprisingly the other day I used Netflix on chromecast but without my wifi on, on my v10. I didn't know that could be done, but apparently it can. And it didn't lose the connection.
