I I have A Samsung GT-I9100 , When i turn it on it get stuck at the Samsung screen , I have tried flashing an a update by Odin but still the same problem ... and i want the contacts on it .. Plz anyone Help me???

hey please can i anyone help me with my samsung s3 i9300 ,, i was about to install new rom (( blisspop )) i installed twrp recovery and when i restart my mobile in recovery mode ,, the touch doesnt work .. and when rebooted my mobile the screen touch doesnt work as well btw it happened with my brother's mobile too the same problem !!! so how can i fix my screen again !??
My Samsung Ace 4 lite can't boot,I have try installing stock rom from odin and kies with download mode but the issue still,can somebody help me,I am out of ideas here
