Run the kitchen, select the Port ROM option. It will tell you exactly what to do.
But porting a WVGA-resolution ROM to a HVGA device is not going to work as easy as that. It's going to take you a long time to convert all the image files (and data) to use the proper resolution.

i only try to insert the Desire Camera app,Launcher and the Live Wallpaper apps but every try to install the Rom comes this stupid error... any solution for this ?
desire camera app is same as legend no need to change that, Launcher can be downloaded from market (Arctu) and live wallpapers are not supported by legend until some hacks are applied, simply adding the live wallpaper picker and livewallpapers wouldnt enable it. That fail at line seems to be with the update.zip just check if the size is not exceeding that of system, just tell the full line too

no, still on B010 (4.4.2 / EMUI 2.3 / 400DPI), no 3rd party recovery so cant back up a properly set up phone .. and no energy at the moment to 're-do' the phone

I couldnt test is for too long, but from the little time i used it. It has a very wonderful UI/UX. Fast and responsive. Unfortunately most of google services were not functional. 3G and wifi was stabel was very good.
If you want to give it a try back up using the following method below

I'd like to know these as well I use Nova Launcher, so i'm not sure the new UI really does anything for me, unless the whole phone is faster. My biggest issues have always been App compatibility and Wifi/3G Performance.

Ok, i tested this rom [HUAWEI OFFICIAL BETA][7D-503L]KitKat 4.4.2 / EMUI 3.0 / 400 DPI :
1/ No apps compatibility for several apps like Google +, Ratp, SNCF... (yes i'm french )
2/ Network correct (sometimes, i lost the network of my carrier) but not great like [7D-503L]KitKat 4.4.2 / EMUI 2.3 / 320 DPI
3/ RAM correct like B102 or B010 but not smooth like [7D-503L]KitKat 4.4.2 / EMUI 2.3 / 320 DPI
However, with this rom, you have
- EMUI 3
- i installed easily Xposed Framework 2.5.1 without editing build.prop and I managed to open the Settings Panel without problems. Perhaps thanks to EMUI 3 ? I don't know...

Thanks for the review!, So it sounds like I will stick with the 4.4.2/320 DPI leak for now as it sounds like its better.
this emui 3.0 is awwweeeesome! abit laggy but who cares, i would never want to switch back to 2.3 agn, never!
im.using 501L. at 1st i tried downloading B102, then wanted to upgrade to B111 (russian rom) but i bricked it. reset my phone and tried dl 503L 4.4.2 and it worked! nice layout and icons albeit a little less responsive which i can still live with.
1. No gapps issue, must dl google svc, play store (yes it WILL work), maps, google+, etc.
I dl mine all frm 1Mobile Market. Google contacts WILL work in this.rom.
2. There are indeed apps compatibility issues like DBS, OCBC, 4Square etc but swamp can be used.
3. Like.asus's ZenUI, huawei also incorporate there own bloatware like Huawei Club, H.Voice, H.Cloud, H.Navi, H.App store (quite comprehensive actually if your a chinese) etc. other bloatwares like weibo, iNavi, QQ etc. all can be deleted.
4. Facebook cintacts sycn WILL work.
5. In other words, its just like an International rom..
Downside of emui 3.0 is i cant 'link' or 'join' contact like samsung whr i can combine all the 'Michael Lee' tog. Anyone knows how to do it?
i've spent.hours in updating to the correct rom, will not look back!

this rom was modified from a chinese rom
a newer international rom (google pre installed) with emui 3.0 would be out soon, real soon.

I'm using 4.42 400DPI leak and I agree with you, the new 3.0 UI doesn't matter to me too because I use Apex Launncher.
However, it's the only rom I can install Xposed Framework 2.5.1 which works great with modules and without editing build.prop or something else.
Comparing with 4.4.2 320DPI leak, I noticed with my 4.42 400DPI leak, sometimes there is no network of my carrier, I have to move a little bit (I just changed the direction) and the network comes back. I have the same problem with the international rom B102. Weird...
When I installed the 4.4.2 320DPI leak, i don't have this problem. The network was perfect like the official 4.4.2 B010 rom.
Moreover, with the 4.4.2 320DPI leak, the RAM is very very optimized.
Unfortunately, when I installed the 4.4.2 320DPI leak, i don't test if Xposed Framework works correctly on this rom.
Could anyone tell me or give me a feedback about Xposed Framework on this 4.4.2 320DPI leak ?
If Xposed Framework works great on this 4.4.2 320DPI leak, I'm ready to install this rom instead of 4.42 400DPI leak
For me the only reason why I needed Xposed Framework was to set the DPI of certain apps back to 320DPI, so with the 320DPI leak I didn't have to worry about Xposed at all as the DPI was already good.
And for whatever it's worth, I do not think the Xposed Framework runs all that well on the 320 DPI leak. At least from what I've read.
So it looks like the best rom so far is the 320DPI leak. What has me worried is that the next official release version might be back to 400 DPI

You know the system directory is mounting as read/write correct? It should be ro. Having it ro is more secure. Going through the source I see Yourself or Andy reversed this from when I set it.
