I have the BTU (British) rom flashed on to my Hong Kong gear S. Mine comes with 6 languages pre installed and below that there's lots more available for download Including hebrew in the keyboard settings menu.

i bought my Gear S in samsung IL and there is an hebrew. i know that there is an hebrew in all the ROMs.

Those chinese sites are nice, but they are garbage for downloading. It only downloads at .5K a second and then they fail out. Can anyone upload a rom to a free download site or post the rom somewhere else.

Don't worry,dude!
As far as I know,this version has a region ID which is only allowed to Chinese and Indian phones.
However you can get an open version in the forum of xda-china, if you can read Chinese!
Enjoy your phone!

I flashed the ROM, got the info you guys posted, and then reflashed a new ROM onto it and worked like a charm.

Man, if you look for it yourself you'll be quicker.. Search for a rom with RTL support. There are enough!! Villainrom 2.0 is your best bet. I checked this for another member, and it does support Arabic websites and stuff.
