[Q] My tablet is stuck in a bootloop, help! - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So I was just watching a youtube video on my tablet, suddenly, my device froze before me.
The only solution to this was to force reset my tablet, but after the force reset, my tablet got stuck in a bootloop.
I tried hard resetting, still in the boot loop. I removed my sd card too.
My tablet can't flash anything whatsoever, no recovery(yes it does have recovery, but it can only perform hard reset) and no bootloader.
Please help, my tablet is my only way to support my life(just kidding btw)!
P.S. Don't ask me to get help from my supplier, that useless good for nothing rascal has no education on manners whatsoever.
I tried to get help from him already, he just ignored me, the last time I tried, he talked to me in a very rude attitude!
(Yes Daniel, I'm talking about you!)
If you ever want to buy a cheap tablet, don't buy it from a person like him.

*MODS, PLEASE CLOSE* Phone Freezes After Drop

*EDIT* GOT A NEW PHONE SO THIS THREAD CAN BE CLOSED. THANKS.
So I pulled a stupid move and dropped my phone off of a deli counter. It's not the worst fall it's had so I don't really know what the deal is. I tried searching the site but didn't come up with anything like this(I will keep trying) Here's the chain of events to make it easier to read:
1) It was acting weird before when I tried to start Pocket Player, really slow. Then the screen went to sleep and I couldn't get it to wake up so I hit soft reset.
3) Went into the store thinking it's doing it's reset thing, then I knocked it off the counter when I went to pay.
Can't hard reset, tried all four ways on a page I found, or enter boot loader.
Not entirely sure what caused the freezing but I can't really see the soft reset doing it because I've done it so many times.
The next step is a repair place but the one I use(it's free) is a three hour round trip and I want to avoid it if I can. Any one know of any way to hard reset that isn't well known or have an idea what I should do? Thanks in advance.
have you pulled the battery and still failed at putting the phone into bootloader mode?
flashing the shipped ROM (.exe) to restore the phone should work, if you can get to the bootloader.
Couldn't get to boot loader, pulled the battery and what not. Actually got a new phone so this thread can be closed. Thanks for the reply, anyways.

[Q] Stuck at boot "Password Failure"? Please advices

Hi everyone, I've been lurking around here unregistered since I got my first Android device last year, namely the ZTE Blade.
Now however, I'd love to get help because somehow I've managed to make my brand-new tablet not to boot, and I seek expertise from the experts.
I've searched around both Google and here on XDA, but haven't found anything because I don't know how to search for it, due to the fact that the error is in Chinese.
So to make a story short I just arrived today from a trip in HongKong.
I was very pleased with my ZTE Blade so I decided I'd buy a cheap Android-running tablet during my stay, and so I did.
I got myself an "Acho C908", which I tested in the store first. May be an unknown brand, but it's a really nice tablet.
It sure has nice specifications and I was pleased with the performance for the price I payed, however I managed to make things worse.
Everything was going good except I couldn't install any apps in Playstore, I always got the “Error Processing Purchase DF-BPA-09″. So I searched this error up and found the guide: ...technipages.com/google-play-error-processing-purchase.html
I followed the guide and cleared the data from Google Services Framework. However, after doing so things got bad. My tablet began to freeze so I restarted it. After it booted the "explorer" (forgot the name in Android, refering to Windows-term) didn't answer and crashed and the tablet froze again.
So I rebooted it again and here's where I got stuck.
The thing is that I don't seem to have bricked my tablet, because I'm able to pass the boot logo, however I'm getting stuck at something else. The worse thing is that because of the tablet being a Chinese one, the text is in Chinese! However, this happened to me at the airport when I was heading back from HongKong so I managed to ask some Chinese people.
Here's the "error".

(please replace the XXX with WWW)
From what the Chinese people I asked told me, it says something about "Password Failure" and that I would need to "Reset to Default Settings"?
I have tried to enter some sort of Factory Settings/Hard Reset mode, but holding Volume+ or Volume- or both together during turn on of the device yielded nothing but getting stuck at the first logo during start-up, namely "ACHO".
So do you have any guesses on what to do?
I actually bought two of these tablets, one for me and one for my father. So if there's any information on the working tablet you would need to help me, I would be able to provide you with that.
I'd love to get my new tablet working.
Thank you very much in advance.
Best Regards

[Q] Sony Tablets are Starting to Fail on me!?!

So this is quite irritating at the moment. Me and my mom both have a Sony Tablet S (SGPT111US/S). Now both mine and my mothers are causing difficulties right now, and both have very different problems. So I'll start off with my moms tablet since it may just need to be waited out for the problem to go away.
Mom's Tablet:
This was just a couple days ago, My mom says her tablet froze at 10:03 (like it really matters what the time it froze at is) on the cradle. She had to press the reset button to turn it off, however the unit will not Turn on or even go to the Android Recovery Menu to preform a factory reset. As of right now it is connected by the plug rather than being on the cradle. I'm hoping that this issue can fix itself since others have had this experience before and got theirs working just by letting it sit a couple days on the charger, however if you have any ideas on getting it working sooner that would greatly be appreciated.
My Tablet:
I honestly don't know what has happened. Until a couple days ago I turned on my tablet and after it boot up problems emerged out of random the second the lock screen appears every single app crashes, not once but continuously. Even the home screen will crash and continuously reload itself, so getting to any app won't be possible and even at that when i do get to an app it's already crashed and i'm back at the home screen. To help make matters worse, the tablet won't remove Apps permanently, i can uninstall them (oddly enough while every app crashes without them even starting the settings doesn't crash.) however if i reboot the tablet everything returns like nothing ever left. I have even went to the Android Recovery Menu to try to factory reset the device, but the factory resets doesn't even reset even though the ARM says it did. So i'm stuck with this crashing loop and a Non-Factory Resetable tablet. I have tried to see if maybe rooting the tablet could help, but not even the Tablet will load itself completely when connected to my Computer so rooting is out of the question as well. Also the Bluetooth and Wifi won't turn off as well.
In the end,
Both Tablets have the current update (4.0.3 RA5) and both are Not Rooted. They are out of warranty so last thing i want to do is call Sony to repair my tablets for a fee. I would also like to note my tablet has been sent in once for repairs because it was stuck looping the boot screen, so my tablet has had trouble in the past, but since then until now i have never had any problems. I will admit, i do sometimes install cracked apps, the app i installed just a day before all this happened was Minecraft 0.7.2.......I have installed it on my EVO and Walkman Z and no problems have occurred and they still have the game.
Please any help for these tablets will be Greatly appreciated. Please Will you help Me?

How's your mum's tablet doing right now? If the issue still persists after what you've tried, I'm thinking maybe just let it run out of battery, charge it back up and see what happens. Also, have you tried using the pccompanion software to redownload and reinstall a fresh firmware back onto your tab? It's a more 'thorough' reset method as opposed to a factory reset through the tab settings.

Serioux HD TAB S805TAB

Hello everyone!
I'm new arround and I came here hoping to solve some stuff regarding this tablet.
It is sold in Romania under SERIOUX brand:
http://www.serioux.com/products/tabl...hd-tab-s805tab
I have a model with A10 ALLWINER, not ROCKCHIP. They had problems with the chinese manufacturer and decided to build it with rockchip.
I'm stuck at original ROM, I have no CWM, tablet is rooted, default browser is horrible, even with opera or any other browsers... I have this big lag when loadind web pages and this should not be normal... There is no such problem as low wifi signal or any other hardware stuff, no, it is just imossible to surf the web...
It has Android 4.0.4.
I made a request to this vendor, importer, SERIOUX, for another firmware but they only provided me the stock rom last year... which I already mention it, it is HORRIBLE!!! I never heard from them since then so I'm stuck with this rubbish stock ROM.
Tried to find a simmilar product on the web, I even made some attempts to install some ROMs but without a succes... either camera not working, or touch or wifi and so on... I don't know what to do.
Don't want to buy another product because the tablet belong to my daughter and is in the learning process so... I am gonna still hold on to it, but I need some help getting it better!!!
The site which sell a tablet simmilar to mine is KOCASO from USA... tried their ROM but no luck.
I even sent them an email but no answer from them more than six months or so...
http://www.kocaso.com/product_M870.html
Thank you in advance for anyone who can lend a hand in this matter!
Cheers,

LG G2 Mini (D620) lagging and stuck in LG logo after several flash attempts

Hi, I'm new in this but I'm also desperate for help. For starters, I live in Venezuela so it's a bit troublesome to visit a proper tech service and stuff. Well, as I said in the title, the problem with my phone is that it keeps getting stuck in the LG logo. I've already flash it several times, but this solution only seems to work for a few days. I'll explain the problems in a chronological order
1) I dropped my phone in january and the screen broke, so I bought a new one along with a new touch screen. At that time, the only problem that I had was that, even though I had a SIM card in my phone, it didn't have any mobile network signal. I tried many things but gave up on that and the problem's still with me
2) In an attempt to fix that issue, I factory reseted my phone and since that time I got the feeling that something was off with my device but I dind't pay attention to it cos my phone was working appareantly fine
3)After that my device started to get laggy and I tought it was the battery because sometimes it was at 87% and when you turn it off and turn it on again, the battery was at 67% in an instant. It wasn't that bad so I kept using it like that
4) Sometime around last month my phone reboot itself (it was usual that when my device got reaaally laggy it reboots itself). The problem was that it got stuck in the LG logo so I look for solutions and end up flashing it.
5) It worked for a few weeks but the cycle started again. Laggy and then stuck in LG logo. I bought a new battery (wich works fine) thinking that this would solve the problem so I did a factory reset, flash it and then turn it on but the problem still didn't go away.
I'm desperate for help cos I need my phone to work and since I live in Venezuela, I really need the money and obviosuly, I can't afford to buy a new device. Could someone help me?
A little note here. I tried upgrading the software using "LG Mobile Support Tool 2014" but the app shuts down before downloading the upgrade. I don't know if it's due to my laptop being really old (Acer Aspire 5920). I know I have A LOT of troubles but I'm in need of a friendly help!
