It seems to be a bogus rom warning (there is no official support for Surnia yet from CM)
as of now we don't have any custom roms or even a dev who actually owns the device. yet alone a working or even port of a cm12 based build. hoping this changes soon though.

Though wifi is connected it says check your internet connection while updating it...

this rom is dead, no future update will be given.That's why it's showing error. You can use other rom
