Try to download it with another browser.
I have no problem downloading but it is not the correct file. The link for the touchwiz mod goes to

which only changes the system_ui.

I am finishing debloater by this week end and then ill send it for testing

There is also a Play Store app called NoBloat Free. I use that, it even allows you to back up those apps and uninstall them.
Good news for gennext note4 rom v2 users and all kind of custom rom user.
I will give u a working fm radio apk which will be work with headphone or without headphone.
Just install normally and enjoy!

yes but that link was not working and that was also a paid version app that which cant use everyone so i find another app for use and easily can download.
you just said that only worked for you but you cant describe about that.

Not possible, at least by me. Systemui's are too different even between firmwares let alone different variants.

Not sure this can be done. In and outs are combined with WiFi signal where on Samsung they are separate.

Could be done universal on Touchwiz roms using vr-themer ( or some form of flash script). I've done a similar mod on my Desire HD; though this was on gingerbread.
As for icon, I'm sure its easy just to add both indicators like sammys - no one will notice ☺

N7 apps like contact,gallery,myfile,email,calculator,message work my friend, but message still can't send/reply message and some apps 3 dot white opsi in white background...
