so...i read on a bunch of forums that you can just plug and play a 360 controller to the prime's dock via usb to play games
i have tried with shadowgun thd and snesoid....a game and an emulator that i have seen work in other threads and neither acknowledge the controller
snesoid does acknowledge the controller when i try to map the keys and shadowgun just doesn't do anything...
so is there an app i need to make it so that the prime uses the controller? i'd love to get this going..
thanks!
Try out USB/BT joystick center in app store. I've seen others say it works great for mapping controls properly.
From my understanding you can only used the wired xbox controllers. You cannot use the plug and charge remotes.
Thanks...that's what I was using (plug and charge)...I'll look for the guides for using the controller wirelessly

You can use wireless controllers if you have the wireless receiver for PC/Windows. Plug that into the Prime and it detects wireless 360 controllers fine. Used it on mine with no problems.
I'm looking to buy a Dropad A8 tablet but need to know if anyone's used the USB/BT Joycentre App? Because I tried on my Mele A2000 media player but seems the USB host ports don't get recognised by the App, so if anyone has one please just install the USB/BT Joycentre test App free from the market and plug in a USB controller including PlayStation or Xbox and see if it detects it.
Hi...today i bought micro usb otg cable for xperia mini.and i connected mouse it is working perfectly.I also connected keyboard(usb)...it is also. But i want to know what are the key mappings?and can i use it to play games via keyboard?can i map the keyboard keys to fpse for droid application or any other games....i know gameloft games like six guns will not support mapping or do they??

Hello,
i tried to connect my wireless Xbox 360 Controller over an OTG-wire with my Lenovo s6000l Tablet. The lights on my controller and wireless adapter show me that my controller is connected, but my tablet show me no reactions. The App BT/USB Joystick Center does not find the controller. I tried to download the Vendor files from another thread in this Forum and copied them on to my Device.
I even tried to connect my PSX-Controller (PS1) over an PSX to USB adapter with my device, but the buttuns had a bad configuration. The app Sixaxis Compatibility Checkers tells me that my controller is found when i click on Start but when i press Pair Controllers it says that he couldnt find any controller and i should connect one through USB.
After searching the Internet im still without any solutions. I hope you can help me and thank you.

I FIGURED IT OUT FINALLY! If anyone has problems with their Android not working with otg devices. Once your rooted any of arter97 kernels will make any most any popular otg controller work with no modules or anything! It's great! So excited I've been trying to figure this out for a week now. I HAVE A ONEPLUS 7 PRO RUNNING ANDROID 10 OPEN BETA 8 with arter97 kernel. Works perfectly with Xbox 360 controller connected via otg thru the Xbox 360 witless reciever!!!! I have 16 Xbox one and 16 Xbox 360 controllers and otg is the only way to play 4 player GameCube and Wii emulator games on Android with dolphin emulators. niceroms.com has every game ever created for GameCube and Wii to download free
I know you can play pc games and use your controller to do the clickin and stuff kn your pc but what about android. There was a message after i hooked my phone up through the app that said what you had to do to use your controller
