The messaging app isn't themed because i have to mod conversation.apk, and i haven't so much time at last... Maybe I'll do this on the weekend.
The details without borders are actually a provisory solution, because they was blurred with everything else.

Thank you! I just put it on the phone and it's bait fuzzy. I guess when changes are made to the wallpaper, it degrades the resolution or quality?

It's because your original image is 800×500px, not 1280x800 (or 1280x1600 for scrolling) which is what it needs to be to avoid scaling. Here's my 30 second effort. Post the correct resolution photo if you want it to look clean on your phone.

HOW TO FLASH IT??
Follow this steps to enjoy flashing this themes!
Step 1- Download it, place it to wherever you want, just remember when you put it
Step 2- Enter to Recovery Mode
Step 3- Go to Install zip, Install zip from.. (sd card or external sd card it depends where you downloaded and put the zip)
Step 4 - Press above the file, wait untill it's done.
Step 5- Reboot, test it and Enjoy!

It's the same one. I take the stock one and I just colorize it. So everything has the same size. Gif img is just a preview of how it looks. Be aware no one make this kind of things, only me by now.

For me none of them are aligned with the camera hole the design element supposed to be over the camera is too high and on the right side as if wallpaper was zoomed in a little. I have tried nova, oneui, apply from gallery, settings, same results.

You might have motion effect turned on. If it's on turn it off and it should line up perfectly for you.

I got it to work. Oneui needs to be the default laucher for the setting to appear. If choosing the "only once" option to launch with oneui then the setting doesn't appear.
Does anybody know where to get this white s10 with black letters hi res wallpaper? I can only find it in pictures like the one I posted.. want just the actual wallpaper.. any help would be greatly appreciated!
