i can confirm, Galaxy S5 G900F doesn't have android 5.0.1
Not s6, because s6 is v5.0.2

this is from projectzero, before s6 release, so 5.0.1 are right

That jar file must be modified for the application of s5 settings work as it does on 4.4.2 roms as " blekota s5 lite" or " s5 sensation rom" , since the performance of these are not as good as in the 4.4.4 . sorry for my English , thanks

Currently running Xposed on my Galaxy S5 with the V7 Twi5ted Lollipop ROM with T-Mobile
Gravity Box and Greenify work on G900A running TMS5 Rom. I was hoping that Galaxy S5 Lockscreen Widgets would as well, but alas... There is some sort of conflict with Gravity Box and Zedge that causes the latter to force close.
Been running Greenify, Xposed Torch, and Hide IME Icon for over a week now. No glitches.
Experimental features now enable.
All work perfectly. Also have YouTube adremover and xtoast. Xled also works.

then boot into recovery do wipe data ,cache, dalvik cache

then install it open xposed installer and check it on modules then reboot

Guide me if im wrong but brother no rom can be ported from s6 to grand 2 as s6 is based on exynos processor and grand 2 is on snapdragon both share different ram and chipset as well so there no chance a rom can be ported from s6 to grand 2

i haven't checked that rom but there is possibility that the rom you are talking about on note 3 can be a port from s6 as note also has a exynos variant with similar specs to that of s6

The screen shots you posted are from 4.4.4 and 4.4.2 roms and is that really a lollipop port or is it themed as lollipop so kindly show your recents screenshots
