hi , can i download straight to my extern micro sd - card ? cause when i look for a movie in popcorntime and this movie is more than 1.5 gb , i get the message there is not enough place on the mini. is there a workaround for this problem ? sorry for my ''school''-english.
greetz , cormar.
You can use the xinternalsd xposed module and enable it for the popcorntime app
hi , thx a lot for your answer. what is and does the xinternalsd xposed module ? where can i find this module ? i can acces the micro-sd for import , export , delete , etc , but nothing goes straight away to the sd-card. i will the downloads not first in internal memory , but straight to the micro-sd card.
greetz , cormar.
First install xposed framework , then search for xinternalsd module within the app, enable, reboot. It basically inverts the internal sd with the external sd, making the selected apps think they install them on the internal sd, but they actually do on the external sd.
You can change the Download path in the built in Browser to the external SD.

Have you tried this one? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.a0soft.gphone.app2sd
But since you have root you could download a file explorer (like for example solid explorer), search for the name of the app or go find it manually if you preffer that, then cut and paste it to the SD card, and that should work
Use scripts instead of apps as they are better than apps.

You can also use Link2sd...
Hi,
Is there any way to install app in externel sd card in Xperia Z Ultra. I am on Android 4.4.4. and using SDXC card at 85MB/s.
I tried to install my previously downloaded apps and copy the data in externel sd card. But after installation in settings/apps it is showing that app is installed and also showing the full size (apk + data) but at the time of launching it starts to download data to my internal disk. Sorry for my bad english.

Me too +1.
I use Exposed module OBB on sd and manually move apps obb and data folder to sd card, most game from gameloft work and even bard's tale that use only data folder run just fine on my exFat 64gb card. http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/mod-obb-sd-v0-1-t2884004
Already tried it on stock, miu HD, unofficial carbon ROM
Thanks ,
Folder mount is also working. Now the question is which one is better?
Folder mount is a lot more flexible option than obb on sd, especially when dealing with app that download extra data like music on Spotify. 4 of my heaviest game already take 10GB+ space, so obb on sd does suit my need at the moment. It does come down to preference and personal need.
Haven't tried LP Rom yet, so folder mount might be an only option if ZU sd problem still around

In Lp same problem is there, I tried gpe port just for this reason and found the same problem. Also performance is also low. And no Sony apps so reverted back to stock.
Folder mount might work, but exposed app like obb on sd is useless on LP due to the default runtime being ART
Still patiently waiting LP Rom (will stay on StoneUI for now), and thanks for the heads up on gpe port sd problem
Hello!!!
I´m very happy with my OPX but I have an issue, I don´t know why but I have a problem with the apps for move obb to sd card (obb on sd, xinternal sd) neither works fine on my phone and I need help of the experts of xda....
PD: I´m using "Xposed framework version 79."
CHANGE YOUR YOUR SD CARD MEMORY AS YOUR INTERNAL SD
YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING DONE
Your device must be rooted
install xposed apk from this link: http://dl-xda.xposed.info/modules/de...v33_36570c.apk
install the xposed framework and perform a reboot
now you can see that xposed is installed
now go to downloads in the xposed installer app and search for xinternal sd,
download that and install it, after installing activate that module by checking it in the modules bar
perform a reboot
now install es file explorer and open it
now you can see that at first it will sdcard 01 which is your sd card
now go inside and check your android folder you will see all the obb and game data files in your sd.
HURRAY!!!!!
you now have all your apps installed in your sd.
note: if you go into a bootloop after flashing the xposed zip (find the zip according to your android version in the xposed forum, ex: you have to flash sdk-21 for android 5.0.2) you have to flash the xposed uninstaller zip in the recovery.
any queries can be asked freely.
THANKS

Please make sure that this works only when you have xposed framework installed in your device.
this module changes your path of internal sd to the external sd card .
so now on your external sd card will be very handy to you. all your downloads and apps will save data in internal but the path for your internal storage is your external storage and vice versa.
sorry for late reply.
HIT THE THANKS IF THIS HELPED YOU:good:
When I had Redmi 2 1/8 GB I tried this app.
But there was a limitation, I dont know if it wont move the APK or de DATA
The final solution was to use app2sd (full version). You have to buy the app (cheap) and make a ex4 partition at the SDcard.

Mainly apps and their data consume your phone's internal storage.....ad using this module you can save your internal as we all know that MIUI doesnt have Move to SD feature ...so this is very helpful
If this doesn't work out is always good if you use link2sd .
But make sure you don't mess up with your partitions.
