I need to S-Off my t328w to change the CID from
HTCCN703 to HTC__001, CID change can only done with S-OFF machines.
Can someone give me a tool or a How to for this

Did you ever get your hands on the Stock AT&T ROM? I have been reading threads but can't find where to download it.
