Hello, I am here to inform that NovaFusion team is working on development for Galaxy Core.
Yeah, I know this is not Grand Quattro, but is almost the same device (easy to port one from another)
So please help the guys (donating or if you can't, just showing grateful using thanks button or something...)

Actualy they didn't officialy stopped the project but their last post isw from last year and it wasn't for some good news.
I really don't think their will continue this But thanks for sharing

we are submitting this this is for developers and members in this form
i am a galaxy Y user...and our developers have ported CM7 from galaxy ace to galaxy y !
the thing is there are lot of buggs...
and most of them have eliminated by them
still having issue with WIFI and BLUETOOTH
so
please help our dev to eliminate that too........

It is most effective if you do not spam the same post across multiple threads/forums. I have removed those posts and moved this one to Android General where things of this nature should reside.
I am new to xda, and have recently got a usa variant of the galaxy player 5.0. I have already rooted it and was wondering if someone could recommend a stable and nice rom for me to use? Also, does any ics kernel yet exist for this player ( or even better jellybean)?

Thanks for the information , do you know how to start my own thread I am making for the rom im working on? When I click on make a new thread it says you have to get moderator permission first? Any ideas.

Are you doing it in the development section? Because if you are I think you have to have 10 thanked post to do so. If you're posting here than it should work. But I think you have to contact chrisd1a1 which is the forum moderator for the GP4.0 and 5.0 development. Hope this helps.

Hello,
The xda community requires 10 "thanked" post contributions before you enabled to post within the development forums. The purpose is to encourage new people to read through the threads before just repeating the same questions consistently. I believe you can still technically post in the general forums any question you have, just remember to thank other people's post and to give your two cents for the new newbie.

@PiKay ,
you would have to know that CM devs cannot just port the rom to any device since they have no real device to test.
so, i do believe CM devs would be one of us who already own G7102 and wish to encourage and spend their time to maintain the code.
( unless someone gather the donation to buy G7102 for dev who would like to dev G7102 to us also? )

unfortunately if the s2 community doesnt have the kernel sources available or atleast one good heck of a dev to build a hybrid kernel i'm afraid that you guys are stuck with jb
great job Sammy :good: instead of updating a great device with awesome community what you decide to do? great an exact replica of this phone with total different component and then dropping the support for it too
