I was wondering if anyone here is currently helping develop or port games for the PS Store. I can't find any discussions about it online. I'm sure a lot of it is because the titles are yet to be unannounced but if anyone has anything to share about release dates or how development is going that would be great.
That's probably more of a question for the specific game developers. There's no forum for them to discuss what they do on here. I would contact them if you can, or maybe see if anyone from Sony will let you know what's going on. It's always a good idea to check developers' blogs and stuff.
The SDK hasn't been released yet, I think when that happens you should see more information in the news.

I'm looking to create a community where people can find everything there is to know about Phablets, where developers can post up any Phablet related apps or roms they may have created.

I'm rather new to all Android development-related stuff, but I'm eager to learn every single bit of Android, from apps to ROMs, source code, and whatever is out there. Now you might wonder why am I looking for a developer? Well... I'd love to have someone to fall back onto, ask for advice, someone who knows what he/she is doing, somewhat like a tutor. I want to learn stuff, but I have NO clue where to begin. Following guides would help me on a little, but it doesn't really teach me how to use the knowledge shown in the guide in other projects.
TL;DR: I want someone who would like to help me learning about android (OS) development
