FLASHING PROCEDURE:
1.Reboot to Recovery
2.Wipe cache/Dalvik-Cache/Sytem/Data[CWM]
3.Wipe All Data Pre-Flash and wipe Dalvik-Cache[Ctr]
4.Select Rom From Storage/Install
5.After Finished Wipe Cache/Dalvik cache
6.Reboot
FIRST BOOT MAY TAKE UPTO 3-5 MIN SO DON'T PANIC

Someone in miui forum commented that they cant find WCDMA option in this rom,
So does 2g and 3g fully functional.

It wasn't easy to download this thing. I am already uploading it to MEGA, I hope this can make it more accessible to all since I do not use Google. Keep in mind I didn't ask permission to share here, it's just a way to facilitate the testing/use of the software, also, I haven't tested it so I can't really recommend the ROM.

Display language is default as Chinese, English is available. Comes with Chinese bloatware installed and no English keyboard to use.
Based on KitKat, not a great ROM, flash was quick for a 500+ MB zip.
Not entirely sure if English speakers can use this with the lack of default English keyboard to add my WiFi SSID and p.word.
