Since i updated to new firmware or latest build version, microphone during call, trackid not working on my phone. Third party can only hear me when i turn on loudspeaker during call
Tried turning of noise reduction and all the sound setting off and on but still no help.
Can someone please tell me whats wrong and is there any solution ?

my galaxy ace speaker has a problem when i tried to play the ringtone from the settings and volume option it plays ringotne and alarm sound but when i increased the media i doesnt produce any sound i mean when i opened music player its not playing any sound whereas ringer of the phone works and in a call the proximity sensor keeps on flashing and disabling me from hearing their voice and the call cuts i tried dialing *#*#0588#*#* and did proximity sensor test and i works fine but the problem arises only in a call please help me guys i cant afford a new phone :crying:

Have you tried factory resetting your phone? If that doesn't work, then send it back for repairs, it could be a hardware problem...

When i call any1 i can talk to them Flawless But When i put my call on Speaker i can hear them but my voice doesn't goes to them When i put it back on my Ear remove from speaker they can hear me ? Even at Skype i call them on Video call they can't hear my Removed from Speaker they can hear me Help me Experts

No Mods installed in it idk Because i buyed it second hand
might be a minor problem since your saying that regular calls are working..
well there will be a option to disable the mic on speaker may be its enables (i hope it there)
try make a call and check it out

Some guy tell me that the phone has 2 microphone, one for call, and the secondary microphone for recording. Is that true?
Under the Google App voice settings, try disabling "OK Google" detection "from any screen".
I had the same problem and this fixed it.
It didnt work to me.
I tried like you guys posted, but it didnt work to me. Im using Kitkat 4.4.4, everything is ok until I update some app nearly time on CHPlay. Disable Google Now, goog search or anything, even reset factory data but nothing change to me. Somebody help me

I am quite not sure, but apparently everyone in this thread are having hardware issues rather than software.
I would bring it to some professionals in a proper phone shop and try that.

sorry for my bad english but i hope u guys understand what for problem i have.
i have an rootet xperia z5 compact and evrything works but i have problems when im in call with someone he doesnt understand me the qualityy is bad and cuting
this happen to me when i had the xperia z3 compact but there was a option for noise suppression wich i deactivate and evrything was fine.
Now on MM there is no option for that i cant deactivate this noise suppression and i dont think it happens while rooting cuse it was the same before rooting i thought root will fix this but it doesnt.
google said that i have to change a value maby on a phone odex but the tutorial is for an SGS2.
so if anyone knows how to fix my microphone still i believe is noise suppression pls tell me im very tahnakfully cuse its terrible now i have to phone via speaker it works better atm.

Hi everyone,
I have flashed my phone to stock Android 5.1 as this is the only stable version and all is working well apart from the microphone. When I receive a call the ringtone occurs and i can hear the other person but they can't hear me. I also tested the mic on google but nothing happened.
However, I downloaded TestYourAndroid from Play store and the mic works so I know it's got to be a firmware issue.
If you can help me I would be most grateful.
